Tired. Came home early from Church. Still working on One Piece and Fairy Tail episodes until I catch up. I'm uploading Megami and Nyantype posters. Will be creating character pages for these posters. Please visit the Ecchi club today. I'll share them

To be honest, I don't know. I did remember you brought this up, Bigz007. I didn't know the answers at the time. Don't worry, just keep on working and enjoy your time in this community.

On episode 5:

I feel like this show is ripping off Psycho Pass's Shōgo Makishima. However, Hamatora has more comedic characters and whacky moments to separate you from the bloody scenes.

Episode 9:

I learned that Honoka has a nurse and megane fetish while Ayaka is jealous of Honoka's little sister's affection for her older brother. The bath scene of Kasumi washing Honoka's back while Ayaka glares out of jealously was absolutely priceless. Don't really get the dungeon part of the episode. If they want to confine them, there's no need for violence. Honoka is pretty docile as long as you don't hurt Ayaka or his family members.

I don't even remember the episode. I guess I was working on something else while I was watching it. It was interesting to see Kate act like a child. I see too many parents make the children work hard without giving them breaks.

General Discussion » My March's Screened and Anime Vice Memorial Projects

@Daniel_Newton: @Vapovile:

I checked that Moviefone site. It had a lot of video coverage and reviews on movies and film industry. I do see why they shut down Screened. For Anime Vice, I was trying to find other sites that does coverage of anime. I don't think MyAnimeList, Crunchyroll, Anime News Network are not Anime Vice's competitors because these sites fulfill a different need.

  • MyAnimeList - is a mix of discussion threads, reviews, and a bit of encyclopedia like ANN. No wiki in it.
  • ANN - Anime industry news oriented. Makes money from ads and folks who buy anime from their ads or links through the links they post on their weekly manga and anime releases. Has some forum element, but I can't tell if it's significant element for the site's survival. It's more of an add-on.
  • FandomPost - Ran by Chris Beveridge and his staff. It's like ANN with a more emphasis on forums. I frequent the site for DVD and BD covers a lot because they're hi res. It's my main source in addition to Amazon. Doesn't have wiki or encyclopedia.
  • Crunchyroll - has an active forum. Main revenue comes from streaming anime legally. They stream manga as of last last year.

Don't know what I'm thinking.

Screened was like Anime Vice for movies, and it was a unique TV and movie oriented community. No other community had a wiki, forum, and review elements. Yet, they shut it down in favor of Moviefone that doesn't have a forum or wiki.

Didn't mean to drag this off-topic. Our energy is better spent in making more blogs, threads, wiki, comments, and reviews.

Didn't notice Sonata beat me to it. Stress can make you answer PMs without even looking at previous comments. I hope you enjoy No-Rin. It's a silly comedic series with plenty of fan service shots. It reminds me of Henneko with a bit of farming like Silver Spoon.

Daniel beat me to it. He explains way better than me since he understands the situation between the two sites better than me. I suggest saving your work on Word or Gdoc from now on. I'm starting to do that for my teammates and myself. I had receive PMs from concerned wiki editors. I honestly told them to save their work because there hasn't been enough info regarding Anime Vice's fate. I can't really say if this site will close or not.

General Discussion » Official Anime/ Manga Harems Voting Tournament Thread

I can't decide between Infinite Stratos and Tenchi. I'm going with Tenchi due to nostalgia. Plus, Tenchi was way more interesting Ichika. Ichika was such a one dimensional character. His only good quality was that he was nice, stupid, and good with a sword. No offense to IS fans. Tenchi had some character on him. For the harem, IS's harem is pretty and sounds interesting (or terrible) in the dub. Tenchi's harem was whacky and fun.

  1. Love Hina
  2. Tenchi

I haven't seen Love Hina or Bastard. I can't comment on those 2 series.

General Discussion » Community Thoughts on Default Battle Conditions

@SMXLR8:

I think you misunderstood again, SMXLR8. I'm sorry for doing this to you. I'm going to explain a bit just to resolve this misunderstanding.

All rules should be follow. That is what a rule is. If someone doesn't follow the rule, the rule doesn't hold any water. It's not a rule.

If your thread doesn't have enough info, we would assume the default rules that Dream, WayBig, and the others had made to take place.

Do you now understand?

General Discussion » Community Thoughts on Default Battle Conditions

@SMXLR8:

You misread Dream's intentions.

the idea of laying out a default set of battle conditions for matches in this forum in the event different conditions aren't specified in the opening post of a Battle thread. I want to get feedback from regulars of the Battle forum if this is a good idea or not. If enough folks agree with it, I will tweak the present rules of the forum to include default conditions for a match at my discretion and it can loosen up some of the rules that Sonata had set.

You can set your own conditions as long as it's detail enough. These conditions are for folks who didn't post enough details in a battle thread.

Watched the recent episode. I don't remember the dark skin blonde woman at all. It's a shame that Cecil had to lose a friend again. Wonder about her old crush. There was two scenes that had her photo of her crush. He might be behind the scenes.

Episode 9 is what makes the series awesome. From the comedy to milking the cuteness out of Hiyori to the Yato's antics, the series took a serious turn.

Yuki Kaji nails his whiny characters well with Yukine's tandrum scenes.

#Anime Vice Discussion Threads » D Frag! Discussion

I tried the first 2 episodes. It had that Seitokai Yakuindomo feeling mixed with Haganai (the game club element) in it. I enjoyed the first 2 episodes. At the end of 2nd episode, I realize the mangaka and his editor create the show to have more girls just for male demographics. In the long run, it's just a gag anime series with dirty jokes. Some folks might hate this show if they're not into comedy. I find the show a good way to kill time.

I'm still at school. Don't know why I haven't log off and head home, so I have peace of mind and focus on helping Screened and Anime Vice.

There are so much things going on in our two communities.

These are my goals for the two communities.

  • Saving Etragedy's Reviews on Gdoc Djames completed a different Gdoc list that went the opposite way.
  • Saving wiki work on Gdoc and helping any Screened users with their reviews and wiki.
  • Helping Mike20 with his new Wikia, To Hollywood and Beyond. It's Screened's 2nd home for wiki editors who cannot find a community to transfer their wiki work
  • Writing the Best Fan Fic Writers of 2013 for Anime Vice Finished! See Anime Vice's Best Fan Fic Writers of 2013
  • Publishing the Screened Yearbook blog Finished! See Screened Yearbook (April 2010 - March 14, 2014)

@waybig1010101:

Like Vapo and Dream had stated, we're going to make a set conditions. It won't be too detailed that it would hurt our battle activity.

We'll see what Dream has for an example for this proposal.

I'm willing to support this because it will make our battle threads look less spammy and more attractive. Like how the Anime Vice Wiki Style Guide dictates on how wiki editors make a wiki page consistent for the community, we should make battle threads with a set conditions to an extent.

You guys and gals are making battle threads day in and day out. Some of you take the time and effort to make great battle threads while others just post it without any effort. You should care for them like how wiki editors care for their wiki pages. It will make the community better.

I agree with Dream on his proposals.

Off-Topic:

Do you think Shino vs Tommyrod would be a fair fight? I had this idea once I saw this battle thread. A battle between Bug Experts unless someone already posted one.

I will try to post Rurouni Kenshin vs one of the Titans later on. I have to get thru wiki moderation and Quick Picks Manga edition for this week, Weekly Manga Releases: March 5, 2014.

On-topic:

I'm not familiar with Meruem. I can't really comment on this battle thread. Sorry about that.

@Acura_Max: @Bigheart711:

He was a dedicated user to Anime Vice and Screened. What I don't like about him is that he complains without helping the community.

I understand that sharing constructive criticism with reasons is better than making out right insults and attacks against Anime Vice and Screened. What separates us (the dedicated users in Screened and Anime Vice) from him is that we work our asses off for Anime Vice and Screened.

Excuse my language. I have been angry at Giant Bomb lately, only the ones who made insults against Screened and Anime Vice. I been venting my energy and stress in helping folks save their wiki and review work, helping Mike20 set up his Wikia, and helping my teammates in the wiki and battle community of Anime Vice.
