Welcome everyone to this last week of May's manga releases! For this week's releases, I'm pretty excited to read Attack on Titan Colossal Edition, the Madoka one, Btooom, and Soul Eater. I'm interested in Cage of Eden and My Little Monster. My Little Monster was recommended to me by UsaChanMan who loves romantic series.

Please feel free to share your thoughts on what manga releases you're interested in this week. Thank you.

All summaries are from Anime News Network. It's thanks to PikaHyper for uploading the English covers. I'll add the three missing volumes.

There are differences between Comic Book stores, Manga exclusive stores, and online stores with their manga releases.

  • Jack Frost Vol. 10, Goong Vol. 15, Wallflower Vol. 32 are available in Right Stuf and Amazon, but ANN didn't list them on their releases.

Editor's Note

I'm conflicted with the discussion threads we have. Before we did them, we had trailers separated from discussion threads. After combining due to Daniel's favors and routing every anime related news, it strips the wiki's blog and forum naked. I come up with some sort of solution to promote the wiki, the forum, and the discussion thread.

This thread will be locked but updated. All comments will just be streamed to the discussion thread.

Welcome everyone! Only one person in this community attended this anime convention, Calaggie, whose article History of Sports Manga & Anime will be published on the front news soon. After rigorously promoting anime conventions such as MomoCon and FanimeCon and publishing these threads:

It's time to relax and enjoy! I gather cosplay photos from Twitter. I listed all the links I bookmarked to give the people credit.

Welcome everyone to the May's last week for DVDs and Blu-Ray releases! For my Quick Picks, I would choose Lupin the 3rd, Servant x Service, and Love, Chunibyou. I remember my teammates, Dekken was enjoying Servant X Service while Bigz007 and Marshal Victory were both enjoying Love, Chunibyou & Other Delusions. I'm curious about those two shows.

I would love to hear your recommendations on these series. All comments are welcome. Thank you.

Disclaimer: I'm just promoting the official release and the publishers. I'm not selling you anything. This is to combat piracy and get fans to support the official release. All summaries are from ANN.

  • Aquarion Evol and Servant X Service are only available on Right Stuf but not Amazon.
  • Love, Chunibyo & Other Delusions Complete Collection Blu-Ray is cancelled by Sentai Filmworks.

The trouble is Rikka Takanashi, his upstairs neighbor, is just a little bit delusional herself. And she knows all about his past indiscretions. Yuta thought his delusions were all behind him. Fujiko, a buxom redhead with a penchant for betrayal, always gets tangled up in Lupin's capers. The stoic but swift swordsman Goemon is just as inclined to kill Lupin as he is to help him. • Spoken Languages: Japanese, English subtitles.
Motto To Love-Ru (Blu-Ray)
  • Distributor: Sentai Filmworks
  • Suggested retail price: $59.98

The insanity that began when a very naked (and very female) alien teleported into Rito Yuki's bathtub (while he was in it) continues. And even though Princess Lala has finally started to admit her true feelings for the young man she's inexplicably engaged to marry (as a result of what happened in said bathtub and Develuke customs), her sometimes erratic technology and the snags and snarls of intergalatic politicse and intrigue are still causing major problems.

That transporter? Yeah, it still has the nasty habit of leaving the clothes behind. Alien bounty hunters? Yep, even more of them and they're even more devious. Add body switches, alien skunks, a bathroom that changes size and shape, the inevitable sleepover that you just know it's going to go horribly, horribly wrong (spoiler: it does). Worst of all, there's Valentine's Day, and even in space you'll be able to hear Rito scream!

  • Contains episodes 1-12. Special Features: Clean Opening Animation, Clean Closing Animation.
  • Spoken Languages: Japanese, English subtitles.
Servant x Service - Complete Collection (Sub.DVD)

Distributor: Aniplex of America Suggested retail price: $74.98 Lucy (abbrev.) Not only does Lucy have so many things to learn at her new job, she needs to do all of that in the company of her colleagues, who are all more than a little eccentric. If you thought a job as a government employee was dull, you better think again! Lucy and her colleagues, actively and covertly (?!) serve their community every day! *This story has no connection to actual public officials.

  • Contains episodes 1-13 and a 24-page
  • "Special Public Documents" booklet including four-koma manga strips.
  • Special Features: Textless Opening, Textless Ending.
  • Spoken Languages: Japanese, English subtitles.

Contains episodes 1-24 plus OVA episodes 1-2. Spoken Languages: English, Japanese, English subtitles.
