Plot

Welcome everyone to the Weekly Fairy Tail report!

Lucy nee-san is mine!
Lucy nee-san is mine!

As Natsu and other Fairy Tail members race to save Lucy before she's sacrificed by the new Oracion Seis, Gildarts has a non-magic showdown with Byro. They also learn the secret of Cardinal Rapowant, that even he didn't know!

Verdict

Beware of spoilers!

Good

Erza's smack talk to Cobra is simply marvelous
Erza's smack talk to Cobra is simply marvelous
  • The filler arc looks like it's coming to an end since we are coming to the final battles.
  • Gajeel gets some action, but Midnight easily defeats him. It leaves me wondering what is Midnight's powers.
  • Erza's scene where she imitates Cobra is awesome. I just love how she lay down the smack talk.

Bad

Sugarboy's performance is dismal without Gray over there
Sugarboy's performance is dismal without Gray over there
  • Interestingly, Gildartz's battle with Byro is the first one solved with just fists. Though, it didn't get much attention.
  • The episode is another set up for bigger battles. It is a sign of more stalling which is either good or bad for everyone.
  • Happy's Late Epiphany: Like Lucy, beating the Oracion Seis is no brainer when saving the day. The Fairy Tail has always solve their problems by beating their opponents.
  • Sugarboy, Gatman, and Mary Hughes' scenes are not needed. It ruins the flow of the episode since it did not provide anything important nor anything funny.

Bizarre

  • The Fairy Tail community makes some comments about Imitatia's obsession with Lucy and how Yuri-like it is. I'm starting to see it now.

All in all, the episode is decent to say the least. It's just another episode where it sets up the battles. The only thing good is that we're almost done with this long arc.

Thanks

Sorry about the rushed report with little images. It's getting hectic during the fall semester for most of us wiki editors who have school. I'm cool with sharing the weekly reports. The more people covering anime and manga, the better this community gets.

Wiki Progress: Daniel and I managed to finish Ep. 147 for now. Though, I rushed the wiki job, so it's not all that details. I check thru to fill in some gaps.

Our priorities are pretty much episodes. I wish I can devote time to characters like the folks in Fairy Tail Wikia. Those guys and gals are doing a marvelous job on the Fairy Tail wiki. In my heart, Anime Vice always remain number one for Fairy Tail and the wiki projects with the exception of Sket Dance. I love both Sket Dance Wikia and Anime Vice.

Check out our Fairy Tail wiki project and list.

Plot

Howdy everyone and welcome to the Weekly Campione! report. This week's episode is the end of the Perseus's battle, and it sheds light on Liliana's character who we thought is a reserved tsundere. Looks like she has fallen for Godou and join his group. I didn't want to say harem, but you can say it that way.

Godou still does not have a chance to defeat Perseus unless he has some background information on his enemy. Liliana has the answers from Athena's divination, but the only way to teach the information to Godou is that Liliana has to kiss him.

Can Liliana and Godou work together to defeat Godou without kissing?

(Hell no, you guys and gals already know the pattern)

Verdict

Beware of spoilers!

Good

Didn't see that coming, eh Perseus?
Didn't see that coming, eh Perseus?
  • Godou's fight with Perseus was definitely better than Duke Voban. Godou had more action since in the Duke Voban's fight, it was the girls who had the spotlight. Liliana had a good scene during the battle.
  • Kissing: If you guys and gals loved these scenes, this episode had 2 girls and a total of 6 kisses. Liliana scored 4 kisses, and it was her first time while Athena had stolen 2.
  • Athena is the most interesting girl I find so far. Even though she helped Godou and Liliana, she has a bit evilness to her.

Bad

Is that all you got, Campione? Do you have to kiss a girl to beat me?
Is that all you got, Campione? Do you have to kiss a girl to beat me?
  • Repetitive Process: I don't know about you guys, but this is quite too predictable. It's like the Duke Voban's fight. Godou has to learn information, and the only to teach the dumb guy is to have someone kiss him. It's usually a woman. It'll be weird to see a guy in future episodes. Anyways, he uses his Golden Sword and gives a history lesson . If that fails, he and his partner usually beat the enemy with their usual attacks. (I thank Sonata for pointing this out)
  • I hope Godou has some interesting powers later on to make the battles more better and less talkative. Talking is good, but it should done in moderation to make battles more exciting.
  • They should add suspense in uncovering the gods' true origins. Make us guess.

Bizarre

  • Since all the people who had info on the enemies are women, what would happen if Godou finds a man with information.
  • Why didn't Perseus just beat up Godou before he kisses Liliana?
  • In these duels, Godou always had help while the enemies are usually by themselves.

Overall, this episode is good, and for Liliana fans, you'll love it. They should do some episode previews, and I'm wondering if the next girl will show up. I'm stoked to see her.

Special Snapshots

Kissing Gallery

Yeah, I have no idea why I do this, but if I find a pattern in an episode's snapshots, I post them to make the reports more interesting. Campione! still has a lot of kissing scenes. Please enjoy this. Be lucky that Godou only needs to kiss in order to get smarter.

Interestingly, there was no French kissing

Ten Avatar Shots

I'm still collecting these shots for the wiki pages. I need to check how much we have. I didn't upload the boar shot because I think I got that one already.

Thanks

Thank you everyone for reading this report. Please support the franchise, the wiki pages, and the wiki editors.

Wiki Progress: I need to update Perseus's page and the others. Don't know if Perseus is truly dead.

Plot

Genre: Slice of Life

A battle story set in a future that has neither World War III nor an alien invasion - just an ordinary future set after our current age. Shinki are 15 cm tall cute partners made to assist humans. Such Shinki are named Busou Shink. In particular, the Shinki Ann (Arnvall), Aines (Altines), and Rane (Altrane serve a high school freshman named Masato. Plot

Genre: Sci-Fi

The series takes place in the near future, when it is possible to instantaneously measure and quantify a person's state of mind and personality. This information is recorded and processed, and the term "Psycho-Pass" in the anime's title refers to a standard used to measure an individual's being. The story centers around the "enforcement officer" Shinya Kōgami, played by Tomokazu Seki, who is tasked with managing crime in such a world.

Cast

  • Akane Tsunemori (voiced by Kana Hanazawa)
  • Shinya Kogami (voiced by Tomokazu Seki)
  • Shuusei Kagari (voiced by Akira Ishida)
  • Nobuchika Ginoza (voiced by Kenji Nojima)
  • Tomomi Masaoka (voiced by Kinryuu Arimoto)
  • Yayoi Kunidzuka (voiced by Shizuka Itou)

Plot

Welcome to the weekly Sket Dance report! It's another crazy, random episode this week.

Bossun, Himeko, and Tsubaki get a huge surprise when they visit Mimorin's house. Then, the old ramen guy from episode 29 is back for revenge! This time, his Food Fight uses Western-style food and Bossun feels obliged to participate!

Via Crunchyroll!

Verdict

Beware of spoilers!

Good

Bossun's crazy tomato scene
Bossun's crazy tomato scene
  • We get some more background information on Mimori and how insanely rich she is.
  • Chiaki's food fighter spirit shows up for the second time. I say she's the most normal girl (excluding Kumi) in the show except she has this weird ability.
  • Bossun's dramatic acting is fun to watch, and it reminds me of a cliche shonen series.

Bad

Jesus, what is wrong with the show?
Jesus, what is wrong with the show?
  • Absurd fan service: The Gainax Bounce for Mimori's breasts is just ridiculous, and it's not that funny. Highschool of the Dead pokes fun at absurd fan service. However, Sket Dance should not resort to this type of fan service.
  • While Bossun was good in the 2nd story, his little shrieks is a bit annoying in the first story.

The episode is good but not that great. Some parts are funny, but the story isn't that interesting for me. For folks who enjoy Chiaki, I think you may like the last episode, Food Fighter, better.

Thanks

Thank you everyone for reading this report. Please support the franchise and the wiki pages in both Anime Vice and Sket Dance Wikia.

Wiki Progress: With school, I could only manage to finish Ep. 74 while in Sket Dance Wikia, things are going well.
