@Hellos:  but don't forget that villain was also a claimed universe buster and was much more powerful than a ssj4. It's not really unrealistic that he could survive Gogeta's attack.

@JThree47605: You are correct but I do think he is close. Elemental control, space/time manipulation, intangibility, teleportation, self warping and his presumed powers: longevity, gravity control, life/death jutsu, limited soul power, and flight. Plus his default ninja strength, reaction time chakra sense etc. He is close I think.

@sickVisionz: now that is true. In the end, Madara always needs to pull a hax technique to win. His actual ninja/fighting skills are p!ss poor. I was very disappointed that he needed such a technique to beat Konan. But now that he has two major hax eyes one that allows his to teleport, intangibility, space warping, and self reality warp and the other that gives him control of all the elements and even gravity, I'd say he could beat Blackbeard

Killua literally has lightning fast reaction time and can turn into a partially lightning form and travel as lightning. Also he has like class 12 strength or something like that even when he doesn't uses nen. Killua could arguably beat him alone. 
 
Now do you mean Sasuke sarutobi or Sasuke Uchiha because Uchiha is a lightning master too and would beat Luffy pretty much on his own
 
Raikage is the worst one. He is probably near or equal or maybe greater in strength than even Luffy and he has teleportation speed making him like a bigger, stronger and even faster Killua. 
 
It's not necessary to comment on the rest these guys alone would stomp Luffy.

nice bump well as of the latest chapter I'm in further support of Madara. Betweeen the mangekyou sharingan on a higher lvl than even itachi, and the rinnegan with apparent greater mastery than Nagato, He is almost invincible. I mean imagine combining Nagato and Itachi (two most powerful akatsuki aside from Madara himself) and amplifying that power, you'd have the most ultimate, genius, badass, hax character since frieza...... and Aizen. I'm not suggesting that he is anywhere near their lvl, but in the narutoverse, he's like Frieza was to DBZ which is apparently unstoppable.  I would say he is almost low tier cosmic now, no joke. All he'd need to be able to do is breath in space or something like that.

@Hellos: I don't think he is immune to magic but two things i'd like to mention. As we know base gt goku can destroy a galaxy. if he went ssj3 that means he could do it 400x over and ssj4 would be an unknown higher factor but probably by multiple times based on the other ssj forms. Also the ssj4 transformation is so powerful that it actually does overrule the magic or reality warping power of the most powerful shenron dragon. Gogeta is the combined power of goku in ssj4 form which overrules rw/magic and is hundreds of times more powerful than dimension lvl busting with vegeta who by using certain energy waves along with his own power ascended to the approximate same level as goku, then their combined power is multiplied several times by fusion. So we are talking about a being who could destroy a dimension thousands of times over. I don't think that would be too far from universe busting and it far exceeds galaxy busting. Especially as Max super buu who isn't even as strong as ssj1 gt goku was supposed to have been able to destroy the universe and was himself braking several dimensional barriers.

@Hellos: that's inaccurate man. Even if you ignore Hitsu's assessments, abc logic kinda says it all.
 
ssj2 = solar system buster < ssj3 < Kid Buu = Galaxy buster =  < Max Super buu = universe buster < GT Goku = base form dimension buster < Yi Xing Long < SSJ4 Gogeta.
 
Weather by assessment or just abc logic Gogeta is way above the likes of anyone on either team really. I know Gogeta has few feats but I mean would you deny Superman Prime 1 million's power just because he has virtually no feats?

@Newdeath: not necessarily. it's been stated that adumantium can also withstand nuclear warheads, not to mention that there is a degree of super human strength behind wolverine's attacks.

@Hellos: don't be silly you know what he means. When we refer to a verse's characters, we mean the main characters and fighters. When you refer to Naruto chars, I suppose you would be talking about Ichiraku the ramen chef?

idk. They are pretty close in skill. I actually might bet on sai. Dont forget he can fly atop his ink bird and can create many ink animals that could crush shino's insects (provided they aren't crushed first.) Idk. Either could win imo they are both close in skill.

1.Sage naruto probably loses but current naruto would probably win as he can apparently control the kyubi
2.Gai normally would easily fall to Luffy but in the gates he could match Luffy. Probably not win but give him hell to the point that he would not progress in the gauntlet.
3.Kinda nerfed here but Killer bee would beat him since Luffy would've already been through two tough battles. He isn't ichigo you know.
4.Kisame would own Luffy because he is water based and can create small lakes. But he wouldn't get this far anyway.
5.Ichigo pwns him. He is the strongest of the 3 hst main chars. and has hax winning streaks. Also his physical strength is even greater than Luffy's not to mention everything else.
6. Goku would own him like nothing. He is by far the strongest on here. He is a moon buster and nuke tanker. Luffy's got nothing on him.

Majin Buu is a matter re-constructor and elemental transmuter but Janemba even fat version is a reality warper. He can make full power clones of his opponents meaning he could literally match his opponents power exactly plus exceed it with his own power. Buu is no exception.

@Hellos: true but gin is fast too. and a flier and naruto simply is not evading kami shini no yari and once he's struck by that it's over. If he isn't killed by the tremendous force, the poison would do the job. It even effected aizen who would curbstomp gin and naruto together and he only survived because he had just gained hax regeneration.

@rein: exactly. But even a normal oozaru = 10x base saiyan. Raditz was stated as weak by Nappa (he was 4x weaker than Nappa) and his power lvl is 1000. x10 it would be 10,000 which is above planet buster lvl. But heck even base Raditz is moon buster lvl be he was a fairly average saiyan. What I'm getting at is that even a normal oozaru could take on the whole narutoverse. Also to achieve the level of golden oozaru you have to be at least ssj3 lvl which is why Goku alone achieved this form. Goku golden oozaru is probably around galaxy buster lvl no joke or probably much higher. I mean his base form busted a dimension and beat cell and frieza together. This is possibly the most one sided match up on animevice or rather one of the most ignorant.

@SilverGalford: how am i being stubborn? That guy was talking about the meanings of characters names being the same principal as magic names because he won't admit bleach uses magic whereas I didn't see a single comment questioning the validation of magic from Marvel or DC.

why wouldn't they? if anything you should be questioning is jl attacks would work on spirits not vice versa as it's been proven that just reiatsu alone can kill mortals.
