@waybig1010101: Well I do know pretty much every debayer that was in the site...so sure I can give you a hand.
@takashichea: Taichokage does fit the title plus he is batter than me. And thanks but my past self won't let me be there.
I am no match for your troll form. You taught me the greatness of Aizen Sama and the unrivaled might of Broly. Only Mr. Popo and Kakacarrotcake dare face him in combat. These are invaluable teachings.
@takashichea: As a young child, I had older relatives who were into comics. I picked up a few of them and read them. Plus this was during the 90's and the X-men and Spiderman shows were airing during that time. The first comic I remember reading was an old Thor comic. The first exposure to comic characters overall was probably the 90's X-men show. I read a couple Justice League but mostly marvel since that's what most of my family read. At one point We had a fair collection of around 300 issues, but eventually I was the only one really reading them. On my own I bought a few classic books including Jack Kirby's New Gods and Miracle Man which are DC and Classic 60's and 70's issues of X-men, Spiderman and a few others. My favorite back then was probably Silver Surfer and he's still in my top 5 solo heroes. Comics lead me to anime and manga for the most part I would say, even though I had seen episodes of Fist of the North Star and DBZ around the same time I got into comics. I didn't know exactly what they were though at the time.
If you want to jump in, maybe starting with the 90's Spiderman or X-men would be a good idea. They are comparably lighthearted to most of the anime I've seen but have their moments of darkness and emotion. I know light-hearted series aren't a turn off for you though so I think you will enjoy them. If you don't then you probably won't need to try the comics. Those two series in particular have mostly canon material so getting into the comics from them would be a pretty smooth transition. Marvel also made the Ultimate line of comics to give new readers the easy opportunity to understand all the major characters like the X-men, Avengers and Fantastic Four and what not. It's not canon but is enjoyable.
@waybig1010101: Just noticed your vote. Lol. Thanks man.
This needs to be bumped anyway.
@Dream: But not necessarily Augus based on feats. Also one character in Toriko has casual star level hype. The eclipse beast is said to be able to swallow the sun. It is just hype right now though. Toriko has also recently drifted slightly from brawn and hax only and spiritual aspects are being brought in like the Ghosts and Oni. There's insane hype for Toriko top tiers right now.
Sorry but how are those not real? You can clearly see North and South America, Australia and Asia.
@Low: Funny how when I ask for something to confirm that the size of the planet is actually what you say it is, you cop out a "this is a waste of my time" response and leave, typical of people who can't actually provide the proof that is requested.
It looks like the wanking of Toriko has gone on un-checked and now people have just accepted that they're all DBZ level, how sad.
@taichokage: None of those are real life continents. You just proved the opposite of what you're saying.
Now that we can assume that Toriko's earth is actually real-life earth sized, otherwise the gravity would kill the humans, can we stop with the wanking and actually assess the REAL strength of these characters.
Jirou almost stopped the rotation of a planet, and caused numerous huge earthquakes, impressive, but that won't matter to Augus. Augus is a planet buster, Jirou is not. Augus wins.
"Strong" is an understatement. She pretty much embarrasses the rest of the series in physical strength except Jin Mo-Ri and the 1st Prince. Maybe Soo-Jin too.
Also, it's part of the battle theme. Low is doing the Manhwa/Manwha theme for July.
SpeedForceSpider has a thing for strong women with big boobs. You pretty much got him into the Manhwa series.
Oh.... well thanks. You will like it Speed. Trust me.
Round 1: Hotel Moscow
Round 2: Generation of Miracles
Bumping by demand. Some pretty epic lists have sprouted recently. I never bump threads though. Lol.
Taka added Taichokage's 2 best lists.
|Gun Specialist Anime Characters|
When compared to katana wielding, melee style, and energy blasting anime characters, there are few anime characters that use guns. This list comprises important anime characters that do wield guns. Of course I couldn't include every single anime character that ...
