@DeathOfWest: Sadly, the Convergence. AS IF, I'd get what I wanted out of this New52.
I wonder if I'd have loved this if someone like Production I.G. got their hands on it? Or was this art that drew me in. Might check out the manga to see.
The more I think of it.
Piccolo will wait until the next tournament to display his power. Killing Goku in the process. Since it was televised. Dr. Gero will stop his vendetta against Goku. And continue with something else. Plus we don't really know how he got to 17 & 18. He might make a move too early now that Goku is dead. Not making these androids.
Piccolo will try for world domination. Gohan, would want to avenge his father. Kami, would train Gohan. Gohan, honing his skills under Kami. While this happens Bulma will be gathering the dragon balls to wish Goku back. Gohan will grow fast and defeat Piccolo. Probably to death making the dragon balls disappear (after Goku had been wished back).
I'm going with the possibility of Gero moving forward early believing Goku was dead. Is ultimately defeated by...Goku...again.
Like others have thought up. There will be not enough ki for Buu to be resurrected and will be moved to another planet. Most likely one with Frieza on.
Other things. Yamcha and Bulma would probably end up together.
Vegeta will probably kill Nappa at some point.
Frieza would make the namekians give him immortality as well.
I don't think he would have. The only reason Freiza was on the trail of the dragon balls was because he was listening to the conversation between Z warriors and Vegeta. Otherwise he would have done it already. Unless I missed something.
It's funny. I care not for Korra or Mako. Yet I did for Asami. Thought it might end with the obvious couple, but it was a happy ending for me.
Clearly best parts were Bolin using his magmabending on the giant mech. And when Korra did the one on one with the laser...
I loved Bolin from the get go. I think if I never liked anyone in the first episode. I may not have carried on. I was like that with Airbender. I was worried that it might be like the film (which I watched first). But I fell in love with Sokka. Bolin has some great moments.
