The reason I asked what his consistent combat speed was because comic characters are very inconsistent, one minute superman is blitzing flash the next he's getting tagged by gorilla grod. We can't take one and ignore the other, that's why I asked for his consistent combat speed. @Shin So depending on his confident level he gets stronger or weaker?

He'd rank very high with speed equal and no energy blasts, seeing as how physical attacks don't do a lot of damage to him and on top of that he can regenerate.

I see byakuya taking out Gaara, unless gaara somehow goes into his sand sphere beforehand.. Although it won't be easy for byakuya seeing as how gaara's sand can now keep up and block sasuke's amaterasu, something which pushed raikage to go V2. Madara can win this two ways: 1. BRF him to his dimension. 2. Soul fuck him with is paths. 3. Soul fuck him with gedo mazo. There's also the fact that kratos is a brute, and is slow as fuck(combat wise) while madara my not be that fast(combat wise) his reaction is top tier.
