An article was released on ANN at the end of last week stating that an agreement was made between FUNimation and Netflix. On October 1st, 30 FUNimation series/movies (in full) became available for streaming in HD. This is excellent news! Why? Well because there has been little in the way of anime available to stream on Netflix until now. I guarantee both companies will see good positive numbers and increases. Now, the titles are dubbed versions so sub fans are SOL.
Here is a sample of the titles available:
Soul Eater
Ouran High School Host Club
Darker than Black
Claymore
Speed Grapher
D. Grey-Man (season 1)
Burst Angel
xxxHOLiC
Fullmetal Alchemist
Hell Girl
I really hope more will be made available soon (maybe even new series that have been subbed?). What does the AV community think?
