General Discussion » Anime Characters as Lantern corps

DC comics galactic lantern corps

Red=Anger

Orange=Avarice (greed)

Yellow=Fear

Green=Will

Blue=Hope

Indigo=Compassion

Violet/Pink=Love (unrequited, scorned or realized)

Lets attribute anime characters a ring accordingly. I'll go first.

Red= Son Gohan (especially if the Cell saga and prior sagas are considered)

Orange= Possibly Monkey D Luffy as a heroic example.

Yellow= Different villains or heroes use intimidation. Mostly villains.

Green= Naruto

Blue= Son Goku

Indigo= ....

Violet= Boa Hancock

any others?

Even if Akira Toriyama wrote the story for DBO. That wouldn't make it automatically canon.

It could have been an offshoot project to incorporate the DB/Z storyline into a whole new story so we don't just get the same tired over used story again and again as we have in just about every single Dragon Ball Z game that's come out. I'm just giving examples here. But the best way to actually consider DBO canon is to wait for Toriyama's word on it as an official sequel to DBZ.

And I have yet to see a single line of proof about that.

Agreed. DBO is a continuation but technically so is Dragon Ball GT. I don't think Toriyama cared that much about "canonicity" as the fans (especially the western fans) do.

@Veiler: Go and guess how many people care about DBO?

DBZ chars are multi-planet as top tiers nothing more.

"Multi-planet" is a nonsense term. It's meaningless unless it's clearly defined as taking care of distance or size. Now if we consider Toriyama's statement about them creating a Super nova in their final battle seems to imply a combination of both.

@soduh2: It's not about destroying that amount of planets considering distance.

It's about having the power to destroy the mass of multiple planets.

In that case planets range vastly in their size. Earth is the biggest rocky planet and it's implied to be smaller than Namek (and A LOT smaller than our gas planets).

@soduh2: Destroy multiple planet ins a single attack.

Considering the distance between planets in our Solar system (our only point of reference) that would put them at least at main sequence (Sun sized) star busting.

Even the "close together" rocky planets are in the millions in distance.

Buu on panel is a Multi Planet Buster no more or less.

What is "multi-planet busting". A single attack and destroy multiple planets or the user can destroy "multiple" planets with out recharging in between?

Battles » Goku VS Naruto (please for the love of God read the OP)

Goku trained at 100x the gravity on earth. He's physically more impressive than Naruto in his BASE form.
