Popular Light Novels "My Youth Romantic Comedy is Wrong as I Expected" and "GJ Club: Junior High School Division" Gets Anime Adaptation Green Lit

Created by Wataru Watari, illustrated by Ponkan8 and published by GaGaGa, both the My Youth Romantic Comedy is Wrong as I Expected and GJ Club: Junior High School Division light novel franchises has been confirmed to be getting a anime adaptation soon. While the exact timeframe for when either series could arrive is unknown for now, they could possibly both see release in 2013. Currently at four volumes, the My Youth Romantic Comedy is Wrong as I Expected light novel sees it's 5th volume ship later this month on July 18th. The 27th and Final Trailer Promotion the Release of Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha the Movie: 2nd A's Released Ahead of July 14th Opening in Japan

Since the beginning of this year on a regular basis, both Aniplex and Seven Arcs have been releasing new trailers promoting Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha the Movie: 2nd A's, the newest movie in the Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha franchise. With the movie launching on July 14th in Japan, the last and final trailer for the film (amazingly, the 27th one since 2012 began) has been released to the public. First Official Trailer for The Three Puella Magi Madoka Magica Films (Two Part Contemplation + New Movie) Released

Fans of the wildly popular Puella Magi Madoka Magica Franchise are aware that there is three films being produced by SHAFT for the series (A special two part contemplation of the original series plus the new film). In Japan, the first official trailer promoting the three upcoming films has been officially released to ANN. Below is the list of movies and the actual trailer (All credit to ANN):

Impressive Tech Demo Allows You To Take a Walk With Hatsune Miku, Thanks to Augmented Reality Tech

While still a work in progress, a male user from nicovideo (sort of like Japan's Youtube) has combined the power of the Kinect-like Asus Xtion and Wrap920 VR Glasses in order to bring Hatsune Miku to "virtual life" in front of you. In the video below, he takes Japan's favorite Vocaloid singer out for a walk in the park, and then shows how you can interact with her virtual being (petting her head, smacking her head, and moving her tie) by moving your hands towards her. Type-MOON Announces Seven New or Upcoming Projects/Releases [Confirmed]

For a two day period, Type-MOON is celebrating their 10 Year Anniversary by hosting a special festival at the Pacifico's National Convention Hall located in Yokohama. At this event, Type-MOON celebrates their franchises, fans, and reveals their upcoming projects for the near future, and on the first day, they did not disappoint. Announced on July 7th were the following projects and/or releases that Type-MOON will be working on:

  • Fate/stay Night [Realta Nua] (2007 PC/PS2 visual novel ported to PS Vita with new animated cutscenes)
  • Fate/Extra (A sound drama for the Fate/stay Night Franchise that begins Winter 2012)
  • Corals of the Moon (New manga franchise, illustrated by Sasaki Shounen)
  • The Garden of Sinners (Slated to get anime series TBA/TBD)
  • Fate/Apocryphia (Currently in development, will see new content in Winter 2012)
  • Fire Girl (New manga penned by Hoshizora Meteor, who did the Room of the April Witch franchise)
  • Tsukihime (Total remake confirmed, with changes to Ciel)
