ShadowKnight508 (Level 19)

Been busy the past week or so, which means I am hardly on here over that span of time. Will try to be on here more often
followed by
Animes that I will try soon!
Here is a list of the animes that I hope to try during my summer vacation (when I don't have college or work to bother with). Feel free to suggest more shows.
1. D.Gray-Man

This has been recommended to me my 4 this will be the 1st one I will try. Looks promising....

2. Death Note

Another anime recommended by friends to watch. Have seen snippets of it on Adult Swim (Cartoon Network) a few times but I will give it a shot.

3. Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood

I have considered watching this ever since I finished the original FMA saga (2004-2006)....just wondering how different it will be from other FMA...

4. K-On!

Recommended by M2VASH and Boxman120 to give a try...not sure about it but I will give it a shot.

5. Afro Samurai

I have seen around 10 minutes of this on Spike (back in 2008 when they aired the show). The concept seems interesting, and anything that has Samuel L. Jackson in it has to be good....right?

6. Naruto

The one anime that my friends are constantly nagging me to watch...I have ignored their requests for several years, but I might as well give it a shot.

7. Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion R2

When I finish up the Lelouch of the Rebellion saga (on Episode 12 at the moment), I will be moving on to this continuation of Lelouch's quest to become the ruler of the empire that shunted him from the throne and into this mess.

8. Gurren Lagann

Just found out about this anime...looks interesting, so I will have to give it a shot.

Looks cool...saw it on that one Animevice news report (F@#$ Did I Just Watch?! FLCL). I will try this show tonight.

I have all of Afro Samurai on DVD (and now it's coming out on Bluray and I really wish I would have that instead :(  ) and I love the show. The story is easy to understand and follow and the fact it was hand drawn makes it look even more awesome. There are other big name start who lend their voices as well. One of my favorite anime.
Death Note is a killer show and gets slightly confusing and complex in the plot. Took me a while to even start watching it but once I started I couldn't stop. Story and characters are amazing. This show can def. start up some interesting conversations, too.
Code Geass is my favorite show that I don't own (but intend to). It's also one of the few shows that I can stand to watch semi-often as knowing what happens in vivid detail with other anime turns me off. Which is a curse because I don't forget at all.
Some other suggestions I have for you are Maburaho, Tenchi Muyo: GXP, Claymore, Speed Grapher, Shuffle, Samurai 7, and Basilisk. (3 comedies and 4 action/adventures lol)

Bump up Death Note, Gurren Lagann, and FMA: Brotherhood. Bump down Naruto and probably D. Gray Man, although I haven't seen it.
