If goku gets to IT it's game over for flash. He just has to It off the planet then blow it up. On ground he would die unless he some how lived long enough to notice the hits then got a milisecond response to do one hit on flash because that should be more then enough to kill him.
Isn't death kind of irreverent to goku since he dies all the time anyway and was dead at the end of the buu saga.
