Battles » SABER VS KARAS

Karas takes it without effort in the 1st. Saber is Mach 15. Karas is Lightspeed.

Battles » Can You Beat This Anime/Manga Team TOURNAMENT?!?

@FormerCrimsonKing: Except for the god whose arrows are said to be able to destroy stars. And of course the chick who creates alternate time/spaces in jars for leisurely fun. Of course I do see the replacement with Kurohime. The, ya know, God-Killing Witch-Gunner who literally beats the God of Death and goes on to kill the High Gods that formed the world. Kinda not changing stripes there.

Battles » Can You Beat This Anime/Manga Team TOURNAMENT?!?

Not sure if it was noticed or changed, but for FCK, Rey Yan is banned for being God Tier. Ie; Planet-nuking SOB. Considering he beats the god that created his universe.

Battles » Majin Buu Vs Kirby

@taichokage: There is that about Rogue. She only had like Class 20-50 strength though. They missed a lot of strength feats for her. One of them being that she punched holes through the SHIELD Hellicarrier using silver dollars by throwing them. Weakening their defenses before flying in to rescue her old BF, who'd been infected by the Brood. So Rogue is actually pretty strong, just not on par with Diana as we know. But this was like the Original iteration of Rogue from the 90's, and not the one where Rogue had like 50 sets of powers. If they used that one, Diana would've been stripped and violated in no time.

Battles » Majin Buu Vs Kirby

@taichokage: I can understand the logic in a number of them. But the Link/Cloud fight I feel was rather deliberately in Link's favor by limiting Cloud's arsenal and making him use his most basic weapon as opposed to his newest weapon we see in AC and DoC. And giving Cloud the Ribbon against status effects was rather pointless since Link doesn't use poisons/toxins or anything like that. Nvm that, having read the LoZ Manga, I know that Link isn't nearly on par with Cloud in speed or physical strength without utilizing the Fierce Deity Mask.

That I feel they just brushed under the rug. Sure, the Shield was unbreakable, but there's no way Link could auto-target every move Cloud made. It made no sense whatsoever. So some things are just BS, along with their Gravity Formula they used for DBZ. It makes me feel they intentionally lowball it. Even fans on their site and forums seem incapable of being objective. I had someone telling me that Piccolo's moonbusting beam took an hour to hit it. I find it incredible how biased and absurd such people can be.

Battles » Majin Buu Vs Kirby

@taichokage: They won't have Buu win just to appease fans. But Buu will win regardless. Still they had fun with Takahata101 coming around for fun.

Battles » Majin Buu Vs Kirby

If 201mt's is Kirby's hardest hit, he's screwed. If that's all it takes to crap PopStar in half, then the planet is damn fragile. 1mt is 1million tonnes of force. So Kirby's hardest strike is equal to 201million tonnes. So it's around 10 Tsar Bombs. While they may not be accurate, even the Death Battle team referred to Majin Buu as a "Man-Sized toddler with the power of a billion nuclear warheads." So ten is quite miniscule next to a billion, and that was a lowball figure. Even so, 1 Tsar is between 50-58mt of force. 1mt = 1million tonnes. So take 50million tones and multiply that by a billion.
 50,000,000,000,000,000. Or 50 quadrillion tonnes.

Battles » FRIEZA & COOLER vs. 4 HEAVENLY KINGS & 3 DISCIPLES

@taichokage: That is somewhat debatable if only because DBZ can amp the force of its blows with ki. It was never so much about how much they could lift as opposed to how hard they could hit and what they could blow up. Freeza is multi-planet and Cooler is arguably star-busting in his Ult-Form. The whole thing about their strength is joked about quite a bit. Perhaps more by Team Four Star than most. Like in the "Cooler's Revenge" abridged.
5:40in

It is enjoyable to see them joke about how idiotic some of the things in DBZ are while keeping it entertaining. Then of course at 13:30 we do have Ult-Cooler planting his Dumbass Tree, where he just visually re-performs what Freeza did to Namek, except with a punch instead of a cutting ki-wave.

Still, we know they aren't without their durability. A mostly dead Freeza with half a body survives namek exploding and some part of Cooler survived getting blasted into the sun. So their resilience against concussive and kinetic damage is quite high, along with temperature extremes.

Battles » FRIEZA & COOLER vs. 4 HEAVENLY KINGS & 3 DISCIPLES

@taichokage: I dunno what makes you think the Toriko figures are stronger. Goku at 12 was pushing a 20+ton boulder. They can exert enough force to cause earthquakes spanning miles. Their physical blows causes mountains to explode into rubble, and mountains range from hundreds of millions to hundreds of trillions of tons. The force of their ki attacks is even higher. Piccolo with a 400PL nuked the moon to dust and the Moon weighs over 70quintillion tonnes. Nappa was 10x more powerful than that, and Vegeta was above even that.

We have seen base Freeza nuke plateaus by just staring at them. Also people seem to believe that all DBZ chars do is throw punches first. Actually, in both Freeza and Cooler's cases, they used ki attacks first and only engaged in melee when they got ticked or decided to play around some.

There's also the part where Cooler gets shot into space. He's able to react to the returned attack and note his position as well as the direction he is going for a collision with the sun. He's able to perceive this while being propelled at around 25xLightspeed.

Battles » Tsunade, Sakura, and Kakashi vs. Hulk

@taichokage: I just don't see Kamui working much either. Hulk could literally just give a round-of-applause and never give'em the chance to use it offensively. He also broke a dimension once before too.

Battles » Sol Badguy vs Vampire Hunter D

@EVA_01: You'll have to provide the evidence. I've played GG and in no shape/way/form do I see that being true. If it's in effect of being in that dimension, then it's not an ability of Sol's, it's the physics of that dimension. Like when Black Bolt brought the Illuminati members to a separate dimension where all sound is one pitch, allowing him to talk to them like a normal person.

Battles » Sol Badguy vs Vampire Hunter D

@EVA_01: D is between low FTL to mid-FTL in reaction speed. So unless Dragon-Sol is anywhere near that, then no, they're not in the same speed range. More recently D had a particle weapon fired at him from Mars. Distance between Earth and Mars is roughly 34million miles. It took about as much time to hit as a pause between sentences. At most 3sec. Which would mean the beam was traveling more than 11million miles per second. That's more than 59xLightspeed.

@Stingerrain: No it's pretty much a stomp. In "Fortress of the Elder God" he literally kills a watered-down version of Cthulhu, who is just called Clululu.

Battles » Vampire Hunter D vs Capricorn El Cid

D does have FTL reflexes, but it's rather pointless as all Gold Saints are in the automatic "millions of times FTL" category, along with the "multi-galaxy busting" category. So while D does have the ability to kill El Cid, it's not much help when his opponent is obscenely faster than he is.
