Nvm Zetto destroyed hundreds of thousands of GXP ships with an omni-directional wave. And we have Darsh absorbing a System-busting shot from Michael when she tried to use her power to kill Uriel during his fall, Darsh who was only a Head at this time, and used that to completely regenerate his body (why he didn't before is simply because he's an ass and liked watching the Angels get their asses kicked). So system-level doesn't even hurt Darsh.

Darsh at his prime is to fight God. Pre-Seal Darsh could level cities with ease and had spells that worked on multiple dimensional planes. Darsh has -Never- been a glass cannon. In the beginning, Arceus used his power to create everything. After which, he didn't have control over anything and basically is not omnipotent. Essentially he served a purpose and then that was it. He lost the power after using it to make the universe. He's more a high rank Pokemon now than a deity.
