@GIRUGAMESH: I'm not sure kizaru will actually get the first hit in. He has been reacted to by both wb and rayleigh before, I don't see why aizen won't be able to, considering how easily he was blitzing ban kai ichigo. Not to mention the kidou shield took two full getsuga tenshous, and one direct hit was didn't even do much of a damage, right after no.90 spell.. He's fast, ...

Giving it to kisuke. Even without prep, he's extremely versatile with kidou, his shikai gives huge attacks, and he's second to none in tactics. He's the perfect counter for brute fighters..

@TheNeutralOne: Not sure why intangibility would be unfair. The logia aren't exactly intangible, they exist in elemental forms, right, like croco/aokiji still scatters after getting hit and all.. unlike one piece, other animes have elemental attacks, so they could just counter the elemental form by other elements, like they could drop a huge water tech on ace.. or akainu, drop a mountain on aokiji/kizaru and so on.
