Where do people calculate these things? What scans show the bijuu dama being that fast?I need scans to believe that any apart from Naruto, Minato, A & Tobirama are near massively hypersonic. I don't believe from any of the showings that Madara or Hashirama are near that speed.

Raikage is the same speed as Kizaru or faster. The kages have better teamwork and the have Onoki. Kages can win.
