If we're gonna put in calcs here, then Raoh's speed advantage + Musou Tensei hax will result in him winning this.

But since I'm not gonna argue for any of the speed numbers from the recent HnK calcs except for the high-end mach 12+, Dante still wins this since he's faster in executing his hax.

Not sure what shooting is going to do to Ken-Oh. Seeing how Kenshiro, his younger brother was able to take a skyscrapper, giant rocks, and steel beams struck over his head. This was before Kenshiro was strong enough to take on Raoh.

Also here is something that Dante is going to have to watch out for....here is a younger Raoh, showing how deadly his punches are. Check at 7:20

GA Superman vs Goku= Goku wins, GA Superman was only 20-30 tons, and couldn't fly only jump really high. Bullets bounced off of him, but artillery shells caused him to bleed.

SA Superman vs Goku= Goku dies horribly. SA Superman destroyed a solar system with a mere sneeze, blew out suns with his super breath, destroy creation by flying to fast, and made up new powers.

BA Superman vs Goku= BA Superman wins, this is around Superboy Prime Level of power. SA Supes can push planets around by himself.

Post-Crisis Superman vs Goku= Fight can go anyway. (Sundipped Post-Crisis Superman would beat Goku)

New 52 Superman vs Goku= Goku beats the new Superman, he hasn't been shown to be a strong as his predecessors.

Nein, I don't believe he is a galaxy buster, well not one shotting a galaxy in that respect. Although, if you think about it when the galaxy was shown to be destroyed Broly was still being held back by his father Paraguse's mind control device, so he wasn't at his strongest.  The destruction of the galaxy other took several years to do because we see Broly as a child blowing up civilizations on other planets. Although, if the galaxy was destroyed in a seconds like we the viewers saw then It would only leave one other possibility. Broly is a solar system buster like Cell claimed to be, but he has FTL speeds.
