Bolded part is wrong. So far the best destructive feat Z has i destroying 1/3 of the Earth. And his durability being universal is hoax. We discussed that on the previous pages.

LHWs erase anything they strike. Thus 1 hit KO. 
Odin cant defeat Z unless Odin is capable of destroying the Universe. Which would kill Odin.

True the shichibukai are elite but in general the admirals are somewhat superior in power. But Mihawk, Doflamingo and probably Kuma might be capable of matching or defeating one. Akainu would win this one. Even Smoker who is a less powerful version of an admiral was able to put up a fight and managed to avoid being turned to stone. It would be like that only Akainu is way stronger physically that either Hancock or Smoker and there's no way that she could avoid his magma.

Thats a nice feat. Although, Magneto would not be able to do anything, if it was composed of a non-metal. 
 
Ki is not based of Light. Ki is in-fact Invisible (Kiai, kikoho), in DB they can convert it into light, fire, lightning etc.  
If Ki was based on light, then many of the cast would be FTL.
Ki is life force/spirit.  Meaning that Magneto cant manipulate it.  
 
Vegeta is no slouch in the reactions side either, he reacts to Android 19's eye lasers.
 
Ultimately Magneto is too slow to land an attack on Vegeta, Mags will be hiding behind his shield until he is overwhelmed.

But he is nowhere near Vegeta. (Speed equal or not) 
 
Magneto can augment himself with Earths em field, but Vegeta can just blow up Earth or Magneto.
