Well im just say Kid Buu powerlevel is at the very very very least above (7,000,000,000) 7 Billion.

Kid Buu could push back the Super Spirit Bomb, which held the Ki of over 7 Billion people (not to mention Z-warriors including Gohan, Earth, Namek, Otherworld/Enma Daio, Kiaoshin Planet and mini suns on the planet)

The is a very very low estimate on Kid Buu powerlevel, supposing the Super Spirit Bomb only took (1pl scouter reading of Ki from every single person, which it obviously didnt. It took more!)

I personally think a fair estimate would be 15 Billion for Kid Buu, taking into account the powerhouses that beefed up the Super Spirit Bomb.

Im not sure about large star (I still recall mini-star), but whatever.

TTGL can destroy a Galaxy or Universe right? so I go for him. 
Asura was a mini-star buster IIRC (destroyed a star which was smaller than our sun)

Gods in DBZ are a status or job, it has no relation to being a TRUE/REAL GOD OF CREATION (Being that created the Universe) or such. 
 
All Gods in DBZ have the following abilities. 
Jurisdiction over their specified area (Clairvoyance: This also gives them the power to view all happening in the lower world) (e.g. Kami can sense and see all happenings on Earth from his Lookout) 
Matter Manipulation/Creation  
Telepathy: Communication / Mind Reading 
Teleportation: Kami, Kibito.
 
In DBZ their are several category of Gods 
 
Planetary = Kami 
Judge of the Dead = Enma Daio 
King of the Worlds = Kaio   
Leader of Kaio = Dai Kaio
Gods of the Kaio = Kaioshin  
Leader of Kaioshin = Dai Kaioshin 

There are also evil counterparts to the Kaio and Kaioshin, Makaio and Makaioshin. 
Kaio and Kaioshin are both born from Fruits from the World Tree.  Golden Fruits become Kaioshin.
Kaioshin and Kaio are not Immortal. Kaio's live for 75,000 years. Kaioshin live for more than 10,000,000 years. 
 
God of Destruction Birusu from the movie "Battle of Gods" likely slots into the position near Kaioshin, since he relates to the balance of the Universe. 
 
The current most powerful Gods in DBZ is Dai Kaioshin followed by South Kaioshin, they are stronger than SSJ3 Goku.  
Birusu could prove to be more powerful or just as powerful as SSJ3 Goku, we will have to wait and see on that one.

It even states the same thing, in your video? Your shooting yourself in the foot. The sub says in your video at 3:22 King Kai: "even my northern galaxy will be destroyed"

So where the hell was I wrong, the dub and sub are the same, they convey the same message South is destroyed and North is next.

Also Broly is MFTL, dodging and reacting to Ki Beams which can reach the sun in seconds.

I have bolded the part that implies more than 4 galaxies.

"Galaxies that exist infinitely" - meaning a lot of galaxies, effectively a large unknown number of galaxies in the Universe.

The last line pretty much answers are questions on the confusion.

"North Galaxies are denominations that came into use through their duty" - Meaning 'North Galaxy(ies)' is nothing more than a NAME or TITLE (Denomination), it does not mean literally 'a single galaxy in the North'.

So from this, I gather that Dragon Ball Universe indeed has MORE than 4 Galaxies.

Broly took a planet buster as an injured baby (was stabbed in the heart) .

North, West, East South Galaxy are in-fact quadrants of the Universe.

Each Quadrant holds many galaxies within them.

Universe:

• Spirit Universe (Heaven, Hell, Otherworld)
• Mortal Universe (Earth, Namek etc)
• Demon Realm (Makaio, Makaioshin, Dabura)
• Other Dimensions (ROSAT etc)

Kaioshin Realm (Lies Outside of Universe)
