Misaka lightning is way above Enel, its 5 Billion Volts from her body alone and she can pull down natural lightning from the sky.

Misaka has EM radar sense, meaning that she can sense everything around her. She uses this to react to explosions, beams and hypersonic opponents (Brunhild Eiktobel).

Lightning is much hotter than Lava. Luffy cannot run circles around an opponent who has relativistic reactions. (Im sure Mugino beams are relativistic or lightspeed can remember)

Misaka can hit Luffy with lightning, before Luffy can hit her.

Misaka can also defend herself before Luffy can hit her.

Misaka raised a part of road with EM before a hypersonic opponent could land a blow. That in itself kills the notion that Luffy could blitz her.

Goku is a monkey king copy. Journey to the west. Hence the different forms, the tail, the flying cloud, the mystic staff, the many gods, ridiculous feats. Etc. although the 7 dragon balls where Toriyamas.

Roshi wins he can mind read.

Whis & Birusu have MFTL speed (apparently billions of times FTL), they can fly from Birusu Temple/Palace to King Kai Planet in 28 minutes. Then King Kai to Earth in a few minutes.

Feats for Birusu is MFTL speed, has matter manipulation, can casually solar system bust. Defense wise I don't think he ever gets damaged (well the damage is not significant visually).

0:47-0:49 is Whis and Birusu flying through space and Solar System to Earth.

Battle Power does still matter. East Kaioshin & Kibito had Godly Ki, before and after they fused into Kibitokai. (Also Whis has stronger Ki than Birusu, so the Battle Power element hasn't changed TBH)

Goku & Co could not sense how strong their battle power was (Just like they couldnt sense Whis and Birusu in the movie).

Well Uisu says Birusu can destroy the entire solar system easily. Piccolo says the entire galaxy will cease to exist. I think even king Kai says something along piccolo's line too. We'll have to wait and see for more confirmation on these things. I don't think Birusu changes things much tho. Now if he was a universe buster :P

Kishins is much stronger than Itachi, it distorted physical objects and makes people commit suicide (this was his freaking corpse). Alive he can do that ish from the moon and cover the freaking planet. His madness creates clowns. Itachi ain't anywhere near that. Bee uses hachi to break genjutsu, Naruto gets people to touch him to break genjutsu. All that is required is a touch to break genjutsu, that's not the same for madness tho. Black Star would crush Itachi, they are in different leagues physically. It's like putting Madara against Itachi, there is a notable gap in strength. Black Star can lift and strike with 10,000+ tons force, which is probably equal or more than what Susanoo can output. Not to mention Black Star would blitz Itachi. Black Star speed would be comparable to Naruto's or maybe faster. (I can't remember exactly how fast Naruto is) Black Star also has a solid body, he literally burps out a nuke.

Also Black Star would break it on his own anyway. The Kishin has much stronger illusions, its illusions covers the whole planet.

Super Vegito, Super Buu(Gohan Absorbed). Not to mention Whis is stronger than Birusu(God of Destruction) in BoG and Whis aint a God(at least never stated to be one). They would wreck hulk.

Well I'm just saiyan that Gohan does it in the movie trailer, which is canon, considering the fact that the opponent they're facing is stated to be stronger than anything ever shown in DBZ (that includes super vegito) I believe that yeah, it is super ultimate gohan, not even he could defeat someone that strong

Gohan does not turn SSJ in the movie, SSJ image was just for marketing probably. (Similar to how Goku is show in regular SSJ state on website and not SSJ3).
