Had similar reaction.Threw a few "holy " in there an "no way"s an finished it off with a Deeee-amm! its like they only have some much good to go around in one season .An the rest of the bleh shows said hey were not usen our here Attack on Titian go ahead an use ours.

@rubberluffy: Well they might do ok with it , an i hope they do a good movie of it .But hollywood ( as a general thing ) would mess it up. I have more faith in japans movies actualy or even south korea than any thing hollywood could mutate this into.

In a rather crud colored season, this anime is a gem even if every other show was awsome ( an they really are not for me ) .It i think feels beter as a anime .The animation is good but say hollyweird wants to do a live action "adaption"?

Second ya i feel they are makeing things a bit to bright to an i havent read the manga . It just felt a step short so to speek.Kinda think their walking that censor line to or even time slot line of whats aceptable for its time slot.its still very watchable.Just a touch "off" than what it feels like it should be .

Third the rushed parts means filer animation an that could be for good reason.Not just the were behind or people got sick but the order for the show increased.Thing is this alternate telling could have legs out side of its normal asia market.

@takashichea: 16 has more filler animation only way i can describe it.Also at this point it reminds me of oddly enfnuff Diablo 3 .

Also 17 tho animation was bit better had some parts ill be surprised if some will not like.Overall show sturned corner an good fun.

@takashichea: Well i think they are right .Heres why an probly why they freeze on comercials to.

1st lets talk resolution. if your not set up for 1080 as the second number then watching any thing close to that it just a waste . A for example i run 1920x1200 so 1080 hd is np hell im way above that. the number behind the x is important in this case.

2nd your absoluty right hulu used to work better.I use vista an have for um 5 years or so.Its not the operating system its what they changed.

3rd Now with all that heres my theory on why you freeze on comercials. Some of them are only in 1080hd.So it would cause a lag spike when watching it.Because its from a difrent server then the main show is on.So all the suden you have no buffer for the comerical but once its done when the main show starts your at full buffer.An its not just you it happens to me as well as my brother.Added resolution + a difrent server conection speed could equal lag.

Oh one other thing that could posibly help. routers an modems really should be turned off once a month for a few minutes. The better ones have memory an things can slow up their.

@takashichea: you try puitng the vid quality to medium? It helped me alot. Tho when they have heavy use i have to pause an buffer . Just depends on the show mostly.

edit : bah just got done watching burn notice on hulu an it froze like mad during comericals.No back ground downloads etc so its lag from what ever server runs the comercials.

@Dream: actualy watched some old high school detective ( the show not the kid) on youtube last night.Some times its just as ya say can find some good things their.

@YotaruVegeta: I picked Crunchyroll like takashichea but for difrent reasons. Hulu has some problems one big one is the "watch this longer comerical an no comericals rest of show deal".. only worls for me about 1/3rd fo time any more. When it doesnt i have to restart the vid an the just watch it with comercial .I use Hulu an like how its got better.But i hate the way they have coments set up atm.

Animation quality got better again in 15 so maybe they just needed the filer animations .Really happy to see magi ongoing now. More bloody than i expected. i will say with out spoilers Kashim says some things worthy of discussion.

@janbardelosa: Decent chance of a second season .Would not start looking till fall tho if then.Its blue ray sales an dvd sales were not horible so its hard to tell.An i cant find how well it did in tv rankings But i hope it does.Also its in same world as Sword art online Reki Kawahara wrote both light novels they are based off of.

@takashichea: Animation quality ( like frames per movement) get better in 14 . So maybe 13 was a filller animation episode.Where another studio steps in to fill in for the main studio? Saw alot fo that in Zettai Karen Children in the latter half of the series.

@takashichea: 14 gets some things wrong on a political sence. might have been translation or common error of version i seen. Look for how republic is used an democracy.

Um 13 seems to have a bit of a animtion movemnt quality drop. almost like it was rushed .Looks like the series is ongoing still .Which is good news because its starting to get good again.

At 1st i thought it was a bit lame then it got deeper,weirder an more ironic.Really hope this series gets a 3rd season now. Its been a Bleach-ish substitute for me.But this last show was creativly awsome .Trying hard not to spoil it but it was a visual creative use of a story with in a story. Not a end filler episode.

Really hope this means a second season.The plot pace now would sugest it.Tho in hind sight they really really could have done a better job on pacing by just slowing it down an seting up the fights a little um Bleach like.But i fear long story archs in modern days are a thing of the past.
