Hey Guys im just doing a series of Blogs on Animevice about mod stuff and the site, I have done two already Flagging On VIce and Comments On Wiki Subs, So I thought is there anything else the vicers need help with that we as mods can help. For new users we have guides and FAQ that should help any question please Pm myself or anyone on the mod List we are happy to help.
What is a Mod, well a mod is someone who has been picked by his peers or staff to help with the smooth running of the site, we are here to help keep the site a fun and intresting place where you can come and just chill out. Basically we do many things such as check Wiki subs and approve them from time to time these may be denied and that can be for various reasons, bad spelling, copied from another site and so on, we also look after the forums and lock threads that have been made already or are offensive to other users. The flagging system is a tool which allows users to let us know if there is anything we are missing and I stress that if no Mods are on please use this to make us aware of any problems on the forums.
You will see articles pop up from the staff a lot over here and I would advice reading them, they rate from the insane to upcoming anime. So the vice mod squad is actually split over a few different time zones so there is always one of us at some point but if you see something that need our attention then you can flag it or send one of us a PM. So If there is any questions or anything else you need to know about the site, post in here or PM me or other mod.
