Floating in nothingness once again, Batsu felt his body healed from the wounds he suffered when protecting Sabine from the attack of Gekido. Now the swordsman was dead, roaming throught the holes of the fabric of reality, floating like a boat pushed by a soft current. From this position he could view the whole universe, moving throught and besides him, as his soul wandered further from the frontiers of the known universe, and started a travel to another place. The travel seemed almost eternal, but only seconds passed from his death until he reached his destination. But in the journey, he had time to think about all his life, the constant strugle and fighting, the wins and the loses, the pain and the hapiness. Now he was travelling to his last destination, and at least he left in peace, he had pending issues, but at least he helped a lot of people before leaving the world, and he tried to follow his own path as much as he could. As he thought of that, stars and other cosmic bodies passed besides him at great speed, as he left a plane of existance and ascended to another.
A stream of pure light covered Batsu, the light surrounded his whole body, and as he slowly opened his eyes, he gazed upon the world he was in, a perfect place without pain or sadness, the land of the Deva, the higher deities of the Six Realms. The Tenkaidan Tiger found himself in a line, as thousands of men and women waited for their turn to be judged by the Devas, so they would get to know if they were worthy of entering their realm. As the line slowly advanced the Gale Swordsman watched closely the faces of the people in the line, most of them showed a terrified grin, as if they knew that their destiny wasnt going to be good. But once he got near the judges, he discovered the reason of their fear, since some of the people in charge of the judging werent Devas, angelic beings that irradiated light and peace over the souls of the deceased, but there were also Ashuras, fierce gods of battle and bloodsheding, but Batsu thought that this was strange, since the Ashuras belonged to the fourth realm, not here. This was worth investigating.
When he reached the judges, they started reading all of Batsu's sins, and all of his virtues and acts of kindness, when they finished Batsu was surprised by the result, he had more good actions than sins, so he could enter the Deva's Kingdom freely. You're allowed to pass, here you will find everlating peace and prosperity, so you can focus in meditation and the fullfillment of your Karma, thus you will reach enlightment. Said one of the Deva judges with a kind voice, but Batsu didnt wanted that, since he was extremely curious and alarmed by the prescence of Ashuras here, so instead of moving foward, he remained standing, and as the judges noticed that, one of the Fierce deities, that called the Tenkaidan Tiger attention, barked a order to Batsu, Move it Human! Or I will!, his bloodthrist was barely contained by his superiors divine light, but this reaction, only increased the swordsman curiosity even more, so he asked to the Devas, Why are your fierce brothers in this realm, oh mighty Deva? Is there a problem in their realm?
The Deva face showed some concern, but he quickly answered, My brothers are here to help us, since after the events on the Human Realm, we are overwhelmed with the souls of your kin. He paused for a second and finished saying, Now that I replied your doubt you are free to continue towards our realm. His voice sounded a little bit forced, and his eyes were showing his real emotions, confusion and preocupation. And as one of the Ashuras tried to move Batsu, without success, towards the gates of the realm, the Gale Swordsman had a revelation, and realized that soemthing was missing in this place. Sorry to interrupt again, oh powerful guardian, but I have another question, since I, when I roamed the Human Realm, used to be a swordsman, and a pretty good one if I'm permited that small self compliment, as he was about to keep going one of the Ashuras, losing his patience, shouted, Finish with this human, you are wasting our time! Finish our I will destroy you with my Fierce fists!
Batsu looked at the Ashura without a speck of fear, since he discovered the thruth. Let me rephrase, I will not ask a question, I will state a fact, all of them looked him with fear, as if they knew what was passing throught the Swordsman mind right now. All of you arent the real deal, plain and simple, you are fakes, or at least you are extremely young Devas and Ashuras, if you truly were the deities you represent right now, my Ki detecting skills would be crazy, out of the sheer power your divine forms exude naturally, but as I can feel right now, I think I more powerful than any of you. And in a swift movement Batsu proved his point by bashing the Ashura that was near him in the head, with a strong punch, and sent him flying towards the nearest wall. All of the judges and guards were paralyzed out of the shock and surprise. And now having them in his pocket, at least he thought so, Batsu asked, what happened in the Fourth Realm? I need an answer right now or I will start getting in a god-slashing mood, and to increase the weight of his words he summoned Jishou.
The godlings moved towards him, and asked him to go to a private location to speak about it, while they kept the line moving. It started just before the event you humans call The Sunrise, started saying the eldest Deva in the room, a individual reached our gates, and as many others tried before he tried to beat us, since we are mostly doing the gate duty. He stopped to take a pause, with a grieved expression, we lost at least 50 devas that day, until one of the High ranking Devas got hear and managed to subdue the individual and as he was looking for a fight, he was sent to the Ashuras Realm. Batsu was listening closely to the Deva tale, and he could wathc the sutile changes on the Deva face as he keeped speaking. From then on it only got worse, since after two days of beign sent there, this man destroyed most of the high ranking Ashuras and absorbed their powers, and he even defeat and drained the powers of the Ashura Oh', this created a great disbalance on the realms, and the High Devas went to help, and sent the lower Ashuras here to help us.
So, you lost contact with your bosses and now you try to mantain everything as if nothing happened? Asked Batsu as he stood up from the chair and got his face closer to the Deva that was speaking. He moved back, and with a slight tone of guilt in his voice replied, What were we supposed to do? Go and die as them? We know what is in that realm, we dont know how, but he is creating an army, using all the blood thristy warriors locked in the realm, and he is planning on taking over this place! the Deva broke into tears, and one of his brothers calmed him down, after that outburst, the minor deity sat down with a pitiful look in his face, and his arms hanging to the sides. Batsu was surprised, that would be a really powerful army, and this didnt looked good, since if the general of that army wanted to reach the Deva plane, he will need to pass throught the Human Realm, and that would be a disaster. Once again he glared at the Deva, and said as he smiled and hitted the table, Okay! I think I can help, all of them, even the Ashura's looked him with hope, and Batsu replied with a despiteful glare, But I'm not doing it for you, I'm doing it for the Human Realm! and if I'm gonna do this I need to recruit some people there, and get somethings I left behind!
So, after hearing his demands, the Devas handed him an artifact, that would lend him travel back and forth throught the Six Realms, and even to other Dimensions. Batsu gahtered his gear, and used the relic to travel to the Human Realm, appearing in front of them in a flash of white and gold light.
