There appear to be two pages for the film "Howl's Moving Castle," one of which is well filled out and the other of which is virtually empty.

A better question is how to remove a character from a franchise.  For instance, Pokemon lists Speed Racer as a character (though lists him as making 0 appearances, making him irremovable).  Same with locations...

I'd get rid of it.  I'm not a murderer. 

I actually don't think it will be too terrible.  People act like Dragon Ball is some untouchable masterpiece, but really after the first few story arcs it just became a generic action manga / anime (after it lost most of its surreal humor).  This doesn't look awful for an action film, just kind of generic.  And no adaptations are ever accurate to the original source material.  You just have to go in remembering that it isn't the Dragon Ball you know.  Even better is if you can go into a film with absolutely no expectations.  Don't go in saying your going to hate it, but don't go in excited either.  You'll find you enjoy more movies this way (for instance, Transformers.  Not really a great movie, but going in without expecting much made it surprisingly enjoyable to me).

It's a popcorn flick based after a simple action series.

Also, those "oozaru" picks earlier are unfinished test shots.  From what I understand, hair is to be added digitally later on.  Oh, and I happen to like Picollo's movie look, so I guess I'm in the minority there.

22 pages?  Wow.  I was an AP English student in High School and I'm currently a college liberal arts major, but most of my teachers would never have accepted a paper that long.  A lot of the teachers I've had say that condensing a paper is more challenging than writing a really long one.  Most of my college classes put limits of 3 or 4 pages on most papers, with a few exceptions.  In High School the limit was usually 12 max (double spaced).

It's about even for me, so 'D.' (comics and manga, I mean.  I really don't watch that much actual anime).
