Jack wins easily in my opinion. Guy was flexing and destroying dimensions, as fast as lighting throwing building sized swords at hypersonic(I think that's what the manga said I'd have to go back and check) speeds destroying mountains with joke attacks. This guy was ridiculous. He would run through anyone in Naruto with ease imo
