SOOOO fine, no light speed. Priscilla speed? Yes. Did he react to it? Yes. Can you prove that it shouldnt count? no. What does that mean? That the Zetto has the reaction speed to counter her. You need to learn to read the full response buddy. That attack was higher than city block level, but whatever, we already know how durable Zetto is so it doesnt matter. Also I never heard nor remember Nami EVVVER reacting to Enel like that. Now you are just trying to make your case sound good, but it doesnt. Enel was dodging luffy's attacks most of the time when he wasnt underestimating him.
Also on kizarus attack... If he spammed that all over a town, do you think it would still be there? Because he could generate those lasers in less than a second while flying and litterally destroy it completely. Food for thought.

WHAT PROOF DO YOU HAVE THAT HE CANT REACT TO IT?? You keep speculating, HEAVILY mind you, that somehow for some reason teleportation and speed can be so different even when both were used in combat. I'm tired of arguing about this, you have no ground to say he wasnt, even when facts have been provided. Unless you have a fact or statement that says "Even though I'm teleporting, I still dont move that fast" or something like that, then your argument is invalid. Priscilla's strength may not be, but even after being weakened, Zetto was still standing after being pierced by dozens if not hundreds of lazers from kizaru, which are about hill side level, especially his kicks WHICH ARE light speed (although it could be said only the movement of the kick is and not the laser that results, but i digress) Well until you have some proof instead of speculation, this convo is over.
@Fehafare: Zetto definitely could keep up, or at least react (precog included) to Priscilla, and tag her. Of course it'll take more than one hit to beat her, but he's strong enough to keep pounding her and his sea stone arm, she cant do anything about it (even if the swords are possibly stronger than diamond which is still speculation, i havent heard of priscilla breaking them either) now she is of course going to get her good hits in, but she definitely wont outlast him. by the way, ive heard the calcs for the top tiers is mach 30, not 20.
@Fehafare: if someone faces a teleporter who is moving almost instantaniously, who when appears shoots right when he does, and the guy had turned to him milliseconds after he appeared and then blocked the attack, I'd say it is a reaction feat. It only makes sense, he's moving still, shooting, and then gets blocked. Zetto is easily past double digits in the mach range.
@Fehafare: I just said that he WASNT moving at lightspeed, but he was moving at least as fast or faster than priscilla has shown, I never said (in my latest post) that the lightspeed was being used did I? I'm saying that Zetto reacted to his teleportation in time to counter his moves. While this may be thanks to haki, its still the same.

@Fehafare: thats a lot of speculation on your part if he teleports like that all the time during a fight. I dont see a reason why he would be like "oh since it would only be useful right now intead of when im fighting, ill do it." Sorry, but that is that. Now you are denying just so you arent wrong. not trying to turn this into a fight, but ignoring the facts is not getting you anywhere
@Fehafare: from the center of the island where the equivelant of a nuclear bomb goes off? probably not, but it goes to show you he's MUCH faster than you try and make him out to be. In fact, the feat sounds very similar to what you were making Priscilla out to be. which means Zetto should be able to react and tag her.
@Fehafare: wow you are so full of it when it comes to that... HOW is it that someone MADE of light cannot MOVE at light speed. When you prove that wrong, then you have something going. Until there is some proof that he cant then im sorry, your claims and the claims of those who try and downsize it are very full of it.
Dont go on about those claymore swords, those things break on fodder, until i see a claim that its harder than diamond, its full of crap. And when they say harder than any material accessable to humans, they mean metal. They may be referring to titanium, which was not found in such a supposed time period.
Priscilla has also not shown any durability feats, at least i havent seen one. also he leveled a hillside i believe, and shrugged off kizarus lasers (i dont think those are light speed of course but you get the point)
@Fehafare: also his arm is made of sea stone, which is hard as diamond, which no one in Claymore has been shown to cut (which made it awesome that luffy put a hole in it XD)
@Fehafare: Duuuude.... it has already been proven MANY times that out of everyone, Kizaru has confirmed light travel speed (and kicks), especially his light mirror which he used during the fight. With his bare hands after being heavily weakened he leveled entire fields, his arm launcher creates large building busting explosions, machine gun and launcher that has an even greater capacity than that.
