Superman Warrior Bio:

The Kryptonian himself. American Icon and one of the most famous heroes of all time. Let’s see what the Man of Steel brings to the table:

Physical:

Superman had become stronger and stronger over time and from the Maggedon incident we know is strong enough to push entire planets. Superman is invulnerable from all lesser attacks. Bullets, missiles, and energy blasts have all failed to hurt him, his durability is somewhere in the range of a Star System making him well above the attacks of most foe he faces. Superman is one of the more skilled fighters in DC universe having trained in Hand-to-Hand with Wonder Woman and learned both human-based forms of combat and the advanced martial arts of his native Kryptonian Race taking advantage of their superior power in Yellow Sunlight.

Mental:

Superman’s mind is a marvel to DC science. He has a firm and easy grasp of the sciences. He has learned alien races languages within minutes of hearing it and defeated a Super Computer at Chess. He has reacted at speed signifigantly faster then light and has fought for days under the debillitating Red Sunlight. He is accomplised in Torquasm-Vo, a Kryptonian Discipline that allows extreme discipline and muscle control which is how he does not crush weaker materials when he touches them. He considers it his duty to protect the human race and his mindset is that or a noble defender, this righteousness has allowed him to overcome Super Villains time and again.

Potential:

Superman rarely shows his full power but when he does the experience is a true sight to behold. His heat vision has been shown to be able to reignite the cores of stars and to completely demolish smaller planets. After full acceleration he can move many times the speed of light. Besides this the discipline Torquasm-Vo alows him to reach the “Theta State” a state of being that sends surges of energy all around him canceling out other energies and allows him to move very large objects without going straight through them. It is also how he moves faster then light.

Abilities:

Close Range: Orbital Piledriver: Whenever Superman needs to deal with a brute force this is the preferred approach. He grabs them, flies up (sometimes as far as the outer atmosphere) as smashes them down to Earth, all within the blink of an eye.

Mid Range: Super Breath: Superman can breathe with such force as to knock lighter things back entirely and his breath can be made so cold as to freeze objects solid. It has also been used to put out fires and freeze entire rivers.

Long Range: Heat Vision: Superman can direct his heat vision with a single smaller burst to burn through solid objects. He can do this with such accuracy as to hit a single person from atmosphere and with such control as to boil water without causing it to evaporate all though it’s highest temperature rivals that of the sun.

Other:

Special Abilities: All of Superman’s sense are enhanced. He can see and hear individuals from atmosphere. His vision can also be turned to X-Ray Vision so that he can see through objects (this does not work on lead though). His sense of smell and feel are similarly enhanced. Besides this he also has one last hidden trick. If he flies up near the Sun he becomes rejuvenated and even becomes stronger for a short period of time, a process known commonly as sun-dipping.

Considering it's popularity, I am going to post my thoughts on this fight and why I think one character would win, first let me give the information I am working with and how I am judging. If people like my way of determining things I'll make more of these fights.

I shall actually show my system of determining the winner. All the mathematics and science will be available for critical inspection so that if you disagree with a decision of mine you can look up to see how I got to the point I got to. Now for the record my system uses 13 stats mostly derived from 4 Superstats. Why 13 Because each fight spells doom for one of the characters (although perhaps not death depending on the warriors). Getting 7 edges though does not determine a victory for that character. Edges of greater magnitude might decide the fight in some cases instead of number of edges. So here are the various Superstats, the derived from them and how I determine the score for each stat (it all boils down to the formula 10^(N/10). You’ll see.)

Physical Stats: Stats that relate to the character’s physical abilities.

Strength: The maximum amount of area the character could signifigantly influence (either break or move) with sheer physical might. Determined through the formula where S is Strength 10^(S/10) kilograms.

Endurance: The strongest attack the character could take without collapsing into uncounciousness. Determined through the formula where E is the power of the attack they could survive and remain councious against 10^(E/10) kilograms.

Skill:

How knowlegeable a character is about combat related matters and how trained they are. Determind through the formula where S is Skill S/5 IQ about combat related matters.

Mental Stats: Stats that relate to a character’s mental capacities.

Intelligence: How intelligent a character is in general matters. Determined through the formula where I is intelligence I/5 IQ on general matters.

Willpower:

How fit the character’s mindset is for rigorous combat and their general mental stamina. Determined through the formula where W is willpower the character can go for 10^(W/10) Rounds without collapsing from exhaustion.

Reflexes:

How quickly a character can react. Determined through the forumla where R is Reflexes the character can react at a speed of 10^(R/10) MPH.

Potential Stats: How powerful the character has the potential to be through neccesity.

Speed:

The most notorious stat. Determines how fast the character can move and an important stat. Determined through the formula where S is Speed the character

can move 10^(S/10) MPH

Energy:

How much energy the character can project after full chargeup. Determindthrough the formula where E is the largest amount of mass they could destroy 10^(E/10) Kilograms.

Aura:

How far the character can affect with sheer presence and how much the character can reality-shift. Determined through the formula where A is Aura the character can affect an area of mass 10^(A/10) with their sheer presence.

Abilitity Stats: What weapons and abilities the character has.

Close Range: How powerful a character’s mid-range abilities and weaponry are. Where the character’s greatest Close Range Damage is D, Range is R, Versatility is V and Charge Up Time is C then it is determined through (D+R+V)/C

Mid Range: How powerful a character’s mid-range abilities and weaponry are. Where the character’s greatest Mid Range Damage is D, Range is R, Versatility is V and Charge Up Time is C then it is determined through (D+R+V)/C

Long Range: How powerful a character’s long-range abilities and weaponry are. Where the character’s greatest Long Range Damage is D, Range is R, Versatility is V and Charge Up Time is C then it is determined through (D+R+V)/C

Other:

Special Abilities: How versatile and powerful a character’s other various abilities are. Where N is the number of abilities and E is the effectiveness then the score is determined through E*N.

Rules:

Here are the rules that the gauntlet will run by:

Neutral Terrain:

Generally the Terrain will not favor one combatant over the other.

Characters at the Latest: All characters are taken at their current canon counterpart unless it would unfaily depower the character. Canon is defined as the original work the character appeared in and any related work that does not contradict the original work.

Combat Speed=Travel Speed: To Some speed is arbitrarily divided into “Combat Speed” and “Travel Speed”. Well I shall not be adhereing to that, if a character can move at a certain speed and can react at that speed then they can effectively use that speed in combat. And if a character can move at a speed they can also usually react at that speed because they would need to be able to turn and stop and avoid objects and whatnot. There areexceptions but it is usually assumed reflexes are on level with speed. Does this mean that a far faster character will always win? No, because:

Speed is limited: Speed by itself can only determine how fast a character can complete an action. The character’s intelligence limits the speed though because if a character can not plot out several actions an once in their head then they can not performthat many actions. Whereas Reflexes are knee-jerk and can be used while performing an action, intelligence is not neccesarily implied by that speed, especially if the character has only used their speed lineraly before.

TLDR version: Speedblitzes are rare and far between.

Evidence of Character’s Abilities: This is the order of how evidence for both sides is accepted as proof of a Character’s abilities, if there is a contradiction then the one higher on the chart is taken as correct.

1: Direct Feats: If acharacter can perform a feat,then they can perform that feat.

2: Omniscient Statement: If an omniscient or nigh-omniscient character says a character can or cannot perform a feat then it is assumed true.

3: Transitive Feat: If a character performs a featand the second character proves superior to them in that stat then it is assumed the 2 character can also perform that feat.

4: Logic: Does it make sense for the character to have that ability? Does it create any plot holes or have any support?

5: Supported Statements: Statements with some proof or validity behind it, usually in the form of an extremely intelligent character calculating it true or characters on a similar level performing similar feats.

6: Unsupported Statements: A Statement made without any support.

7: Contradicted Statement: A Statement that is contradicted by someone else. Never assumed true.

All Characters act as they would in their original franchise.
