Janemba posses extremely powerful reality warping powers. By simply existing he was able to warp both heaven and hell (and the entire spiritual universe) to the point of destruction, and effect the physical universe. He has the power to create objects from nothing, regenerate, and teleport himself, others, and attacks through the very fabric of reality. He can re materialize and dematerialize at will, phasing through attacks. Janemba can also create full power clones of his opponents. He was also shown to be more powerful than a full power ssj3 Goku and ssj2 Vegeta.

A monstrous villain who was shown to be superior to Mystic Gohan, ssj3 Gotenks, and ssj2 Vegeta. Hildegarn only lost to ssj3 Goku's new hax Ryu Ken (Dragonfist) technique. Hildegarn was stated as being capable of not only destroying planet Earth, but the entire universe if not stopped. Hildegarn has the ability to disappear and reappear at will. A technique comparable in battle to Goku's (or even Kaioshin's style) Shunkan Ido (IT), and Janemba's reality warping teleportation.

The fabled Legendary Super Saiyan, Broly was able to destroy the southern galaxy while in a restricted state. In LSSJ form he is stated as a universal threat. Broly has been shown to manhandle Cell Saga Z senshi, brushing off attacks from fpssj Goku and ussj Vegeta and Trunks like nothing. And even handily beating ssj2 adult Gohan. It should be noted that Hatchyak, from the OVA "Plan to Eradicate the Saiya-Jins" was stated as being equal to Broly. Hatchyak uses a culmination of the dark energy of the universe and was said to be a universal threat. (similar, but presumably weaker, than Yi Xing Long's minus energy powers in DBGT)

The Magical Demon King, Dabura was shown to be on par or even slightly stronger than adult ssj2 Gohan. He possesses the ability to transmute opponents into stone via spiting on them. He also has the ability to magically materialize objects from thin air. It should be noted Goku said Dabura was equal to Cell, then a while later he said Dabura was stronger than he thought. Thus on this list he ranks above Cell.

In his strongest form, Super Perfect Cell (SPC) was stated as being able to destroy the entire solar system in one ki blast. SPC is shown to be vastly superior to ussj Trunks and Vegeta, fpssj Goku, and Piccolo, only being defeated by a weakened ssj2 teen Gohan. Cell has vast regeneration powers, and has the unique abilities/techniques of all the Z senshi, such as Shunkan Ido (IT), Tenshinhan's multiform and solar flare, Goku's kamehameha ect.

Imprisoned in a far away star by the Kaio's, Bojack was released from his stellar prison by the tremendous energy released by Cell's destruction of Kaiosama's planet. Bojack was shown to easily dominate end Cell saga Vegeta and Trunks, but was easily defeated by a full power ssj2 Gohan. Bojack was stated as being a threat to the galaxy.

I speak here of Meta Coola. In his final regular form, Cooler survived being blasted into the sun, and had one additional transformation (and was thus more powerful) than his planet destroying, and planet explosion tanking brother Freeza. With his Meta upgrade he is much more powerful, being slightly to moderately stronger than Adroid/Cell saga ssj Goku and Vegeta. Meta Cooler's real strength lies in his fusion with the Big Gete Star, which allows him to make unlimited equal power clones of himself, regenerate indefinitely (improving upon his being every time, correcting weakness), and take other beings and planets into himself for energy. Meta Cooler also showed extreme proficiency with the Shunkan Ido (IT) technique, as seen when he and Goku fight an entire battle at instant speeds.
