Yeah, he's one of the only American voice actors I can recognize right away because I rarely watch anything dubbed.

I was playing Eternal Sonata one day and couldn't believe that one of the villains was voiced by him. I was like "Oh my God, I'm fighting the English voice of Vash!"

No one seems to know about Bokusatsu Tenshi Dokuro-chan :(

Sure, it's incredibly short, but it's hilarious as hell.

General Discussion » What's your best Wikisubmission So far?

I've done Yuki Nagato except for the "Personality" section and the blurb.

Still under construction.

Lucky Star » Which Lucky Star scenes could you relate to?

Konata and her cell phone. I never use it and keep it on silent most of the time. :3

The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya » Am i missing something by watching it in chronological order?

I watched it chronologically first and loved it.

I watched it broadcasted and loved it too.

I'm not sure if most of you are aware of this, but they didn't broadcast them out of order to be deep or anything. The plain fact is that there were only 6 episodes with a continuous plot with 8 miscellaneous episodes, so they re-arranged them so that the climax could be at the end. I think people are taking this whole "OMG BRAODCAST ORDER IS TEH AWESOME" thing out of proportion because they simply did it for balancing reasons.

Also, unless you're planning on watching them again and again, I don't find the broadcast method as effective in picking up small bits and pieces referring to a chronologically previous episode. Overall though, I liked watching them chronologically better because the pieces seem to fit.

I've watched the series:
6 times chronologically
3 times broadcasted
2 times reverse (for fun)

Still not getting tired of it though... hmm...

The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya » The Light Novels of Haruhi Suzumiya

I've read every single light novel and loved them all. However, it was just as I got into the Haruhi franchise that the fanbase just happened to be waiting for the first concluding light novel to the (two) cliffhanger(s) in the ninth novel. Great timing I suppose =P

An advantage to the light novels is the detailed explainations. I mean, how the hell was I supposed to know about how the cat was talking just by watching the anime? How about the Mikuru beam and Yuki suddenly attacking Mikuru during shooting? None of those were explained in the anime, yet were all explored in depth in the light novels.

My favorite novel overall is also the fourth (disappearance). However, there are tons of amazing stories within the other novels which I hope KyoAni adapts along with the entire story of disappearance, much like how they centered the first season around the first novel and took bits and pieces from the others.

I really enjoyed the snow mountain syndrome story out of them all due to the heavy mystery around the entire house (different times in different place, WTF?) although I didn't get that math equation to opening the door part one bit - I still enjoyed it a lot. It creeped me out and thought the atmosphere was done really well.

I can't wait for the official translated light novels as well. I'll have to pre-order them on Amazon sometime.

I think the lyrics to Bleach's 7th OP is the best way to describe the entire series:

General Discussion » Will you be going back to Comicvine, Giantbomb?

Video games and anime are two of my favorite things in this world.

AV = my anime life
GB = my gaming life

I'd say everything works out very well.

Is there a way to re-arrange your lists? I'm getting a little tired of deleting everything to re-arrange the order via re-listing them in correct order.

Editing & Tools » Change Kamehameha to Kamehameha Wave

I think it's fine the way it is because Kamehameha is more of the general term. Also, I believe there are also variations to the Kamehameha wave, so it's better to leave it.

Just a few minutes ago, the toolbar started going wonky on Firefox. No problems are in Internet Explorer, but I prefer to use Firefox as my browser.

Is anyone else having this problem? The problem is everywhere the toolbar is present (messaging, forums, etc).
