Yes!
There are not a lot of truly tsundere characters that I really dig-- but they usually have a lot of other characteristics in addition to being tsundere. For example:
Haruhi Suzumiya, who is a tsundere WITH GOD POWERS and
Yoko Littner, who is tsundere-ish early on but it's (relatively) light and not a big focus on the show or anything (but don't tell me she's not, because she totally had those "gah, I am totally not in love with you (but I am)!" moments with
Kamina early on).

No!
There is one other tsundere that comes to mind as someone I like, and this one actually is pretty much just a tsundere, and that's
Louise de la Valliere, from Zero no Tsukaima. I think it's a combination of her character design and her being a closet bondage queen, but I totally dig her. I also like
Nagi Sanzenin, from Combat Butler Hayate, but her tsundere moments are (relatively) few and far between, and she has a lot of really great moments both as a straight man and the zany one.
But by contrast, I don't dig Shana or Taiga, two tsundere voiced by Rie Kugimiya (who voices both Louise and Nagi). They just don't interest me at all, and I don't know if I could tell you exactly why.
I've also never liked the super-abusive tsundere, a la
Naru, and I wasn't all that fond of
Asuka either.
