Does Kagura really count since she's not naturally dark skinned, but actually just really tanned from being on the swim team? When she wore a bikini you can really tell the difference in her skin tones. All the others I believe were born with that skin tone.

@FoxxFireArt: Yes, Kagura counts because it isn't a 'African originated females' list, it's a 'dark-skinned anime females' list. She has darker skin (enough to count here anyway), so weither she was born that way or not, she'll work here :)
