They are essentially equal in terms of the amount of damage they could do to the Naruto team, it just depends on which type of damage were talking about, physical would go to Storm, while mental damage would go to Emma.

Your Vine bio's are great ! I think if you take time and build your bio a little over time, it makes a greater character as opposed to just doing it all in one setting. You feel more relaxed and each time you go back you'll have a fresh mind, so you don't get tired or too over-worked. Bio's are tough, but your a great RPer so it comes more naturally to you, trust me people on the outside can tell.

 

P.S. I don't mean that people who do bio's in one sitting are worse characters by any means, I just think from a personal perspective that it's easier to build and do over time.

Of course she can, she really has done nothing but improve throughout her years. Her powers have always moved that fast, those were just the scans I saw first and picked out, there are newer ones and older ones that show and stat the same thing, she can manifest tornadoes and hurricanes in a blink of an eye, and another interesting thing to note is with this hand-to-hand fighting, even if one of the Naruto characters were to make it through her defenses, such as wind etc. they would be torched by lightning. The weather actually protects Storm even when she doesn't command it, plus I don't see how any of the fighters here can take wind that has BFR'd the Hulk before, actually twice. None of these characters are nearly as heavy or as durable as him.

It's been stated she can, and its been hinted several times. Plus, it depends on the size and such of the planet and moon. A large moon could be considered a planet and so on.

Yes, she can. It's been stated she can, and that her physical stats rival that of Superman, and may possibly outclass him.
