Truth be told, things were going on longer than they usually did for the two.
They either were rather eager today or bored.
"Oh, we're fine." Mary replied. "Crown's new girlfriend is kinda awesome." she added with a smile as they walked.
Lily whispered her thanks silently as she started writing the essay using the notes Elliott made.
"Our what?" Molly asked as Emily stood across the room, only watching the scene.
Lance protected his head with his arms, the most he could do given the situation.
The first blow name, it hurt. But wasn't comparable to the second one which struck his unprotected ribs. Third strike had him fall face first onto the ground. But something was strange. Each time he was hit a red pulse passed through his body, he felt like his every never was burning. He was hit before and it wasn't supposed to feel like that. The red pulse was barely visible, the only reason Lance himself noticed it was because it would flash in front of his eyes nearly blinding him. As he was on the ground, kick coming flying in the red pulses became more often and intensive.
In a moment he was covered in black mist.
The lot ignored it and continued kicking. Slowly the figure rose as the post cleared.
There stood a knight in dark armor. His face obscured by a helmet with a dark blue plume coming from it flowing in the wind like fire. Instead of a cape there were leather straps with metal spikes at the end. The armor covered the whole body not exposing even a tiny patch of skin. The dark knight didn't say anything, he just swung his hand. Two of them men ended up being hit by it. They were launched at the wall close by, ending up a bloody mess and leaving a crater. The third one ran, but he didn't get far. The knight tackled him. Or he would have been tackled if it was two equals colliding.
This way it was more so that the knight steamrolled the other man, leaving just a bloody stain on the street. The younger brother suffered the same fate during the charge.
After his assaulters were gone the knight disappeared into an alleyway.
