Also side note, due to the nature of these combatants, being that both have easy insist kills if the other is unaware of the battle we must, for the sake of keeping the thread relevant, assume that both combatants are at least aware of the enemy otherwise the battle is out of a hundred and even split based on a coin toss of who starts the fight and that makes for a boring discussion.

We are faced with the invisibility problem. Both combatants seem to have this in one way or another, and in there world a way to be seen. In bleach some people have the ability to see the supernatural. the supernatural do not exist in Elfen Lied (with very vague and mild exception) so it is unknown if she has this or not. In Elfen Lied, as is the case with both kohta's sister and post repair Bondo (manga specifically) some people have the ability to see Lucy's vectors. This assuredly is because hers vibrate at such an intensity that rarely gifted eyes can at least some what see them. As to the abilities of their eyes compared to Ichigo's, well we have no idea.
do to the fact that these can not be tested, we can only make are arguments based on these assumptions.

Neither of them are particularly good fighters (maybe rollo is, but his heart has a tendency to explode and all) on team lelouch, and while they are masters of planning because this is the manga there are 200+ diclonius including two literal tank creatures, most of these diclonius being bag headed and unable to be effected by the geass.They would simply overwhelm them. If it was the anime things easily go to lelouch, with the limited range and utility of vector abilities he could just tell them to pop off their own head over and over again leading to his ultimate victory.

I heard about this, from what I heard the situation was bloody awful. Something that, if the details I heard are true, this whole thing made a lot of people go through hell. More so it seems that the 2ch went after the wrong people and made it worse if the details I received are correct.

While I prefer to be running my own thing I would like to help breath any life into vice. As whole Vice has been good to me, in a way most communities have historically been not so. so in these..difficult...times for vice I'd love to help in the ways I can.
fun fact next podcast is recorded tomorrow, I know it's not exactly a favorite thing but It's fun for us and hopefully some of you guys like it. and going to be back with more reviews as I find more time with the podcast wrapped up
@KingsHeart: What period of samurai?
historically I would probably pick the samurai, professional soldiers instead of a organization mostly constructed of former mercenaries and criminals convicted by the church, they vary in levels of training and equipment much more then their national knight counterparts or even their fellow Teutonic Crusader brethren . one to one its got far too many variables to declare a winner, but on a army vs army setting I would give my vote to the samurai, assuming the warring states period. If its during the restoration then while their aren't many samurai they do have guns so instant win, don't believe me then ask the Aztecs about how they feel about muskets. However if the samurai are from say the Tokugawa period, then they lose seeing as all of them have never fought a battle.
@takashichea: haveing watched only really the first 3 or 4 episodes of sword art online I am totally willing to discuss exactly its pitfalls in comparison to .hack XD
