You people aren't even stating your opinions of why Pein Dies, It's pathetic. Pein's Asura Path Can Absorb Energy & Forces, Naraka Path Can Resurrect The Dead Including The Paths, Animal Path Can Summon Large Amount Of Animals That Are Capable Of Rampaging An Entire Village, Human Path Which Could Read Memories & Take The Souls Out Of An Opponent, Asura path which is deadly destructive & brutally strong & fast, And Deva Path Being Able To Manipulate Gravity & pick mountains & Villages Up With A Single Piece Of His Energy. 
 
 
Ulquiorra With Flight & Speed That Is Capable Of Moving Dashing Fast, Ulquiorra Cero Which Is very destructive, Hierro & defense with his Zanpakuto, 1st release form which allows him to summon his dark cero & Lanza Del Rampagio, Then Second Form That Turns Modify his attacks even stronger... 
 
 
 
Pein can last a year with Ulquiorra, The man is capable of turning a city into a pile of nothing, same with Ulquiorra. They both have the capability of defeating each other but I don't know which to go with.

The male taking a step forward suddenly ascended out of mid air, He emerged behind Kahan as he found the female Ayana, He simply grasped her by her waste as he lifted the female from the surface. He went soaring off from the temple as he soared within the clouds, propelling into nothingness as he went traveling towards his destination.

The sword contacted with her head as it went gashing down her completely, The blade splitting her entire body open as her organs & muscles where dismembered completely, He simply took a K.O hit as her form went splitting into two. She was now cut into ribbons.

His feet's pacing the surface as he emerged behind her, He then submerged into thin air to trick the female into thinking it was an hallucination. He emerged infront of her as he merged back into the atmosphere, He continued this action as he went merging & submerging around all directions of the female, causing her to become frivolous & dizzy as he finally came behind her while he left an mer image of him self in front. His sword coming down swiftly towards his cranium as he went slashing down in full speed

She was shortly dismembered by the shaft of spiritual energy, as her form was like 2 lobbies beneath him. She laid there as if she was a ragdoll. Being hit by an immense beam that took out half of the temple. He returned his hues back to Ayana & Kahan, as he aimed another shaft of vigor & power at the male. "  Let go..."

His automatic speed simply propelled him away from the female as he appeared to be behind her but hovering on thin air, He stood above her as he grasp the trigger completely, He shot down a beam & voltage of sapphire like energy. It targeted the female as it collided into the female, draping her entire form into peer energy as she was blasts from point blank rage.

He pressed onto the trigger of his gun as his index finger went grasping the lever, activating some type of electronic & spiritual energy too form between the opening of his pistol, forming into a shaft as it spiraled into an orb, Its sphere form holding till it was fully charge. " I'm gonna count too 1, 2...."

His blue hues gazing down to see the female as he held his finger against the trigger of his gun. His hues scanning her as he aimed at her, known that she was out of will and power. His godly like powers overcome hers as his energy's wavelength enhanced, It took over the entire deserted area as he gazed down to see the female. His Uncontrollable like energy crushing and pouncing her even more into the surface as he consumed her soul and body with his own overflowing energy. Her body being lifeless as she was smashed by a single spiritual crush. His energy pressured her into the sand as she melted within the burning sands.

Glimmering Glitters & Blue sparks began to form around the rear end of his pistol, Developing into small spheres as light began to excel from the darkly portal, Abruptly thousands of beams began to charge from the portal as the abyss's was over flowed by these tremendous beams of bullets that where larger than a person, charged at the female at different directions & Sides. The struck her, Detonating into gigantic explosions and blasts that became sudden increases. They scattered within the desert targeting anything the come upon as the entire realm of the desert was cratered by the shooting beams. He stood there watching as the female was burned to ash, she fell to the surface, only being struck twice by the rampage of beams as she fallen to the surface, having her left limb obliterated as she was in pain and terror.
