Freedom from work for the weekend at last.
Bumping up for a vote update. Kampfer still has lead with four votes with a four-way tie at a single vote each for second place with Genocyber, Rurouni Kenshin: New Kyoto Arc, Pilot Candidate and Voltage Fighter Gowcaizer. Have a week left to vote.
Bump up for a quick update. Kampfer currently has lead with two votes followed by Genocyber, Rurouni Kenshin: New Kyoto Arc and Pilot Candidate tied for second. Still have a week and a half left for voting.
Thinking I might have some kind of nerve irritation. The upper part of my back's been having some tingling the past couple days and I was feeling quite sore Thursday, enough so where I left work early and didn't go in Friday as a precaution. Not sure how to handle things if this isn't resolved by Monday.
Has yet to vote on my current Ani-Crap poll.
Has yet to vote on my current Ani-Crap poll. :P
@DocHaus: Read my opening post. I didn't hear of Kamisama Dolls being bad. I heard reception was mixed at best for it, hence my addition of it.
Previous Reviews:
With twenty reviews in for Ani-Crap, time to move onto the next list with some surprising titles added on:
Before anyone feels the urge to whack me for some of the titles I've added on, I guess some explanation is in order for some of the stuff I've listed. For the past 20 reviews, I've covered pretty much the regular stuff you could expect to get ripped apart for a crappy anime title:
As much fun as it is to rip apart these elements to the medium we all know and love, it does get tiresome after a while. So to "spice" things up and add a little more diversity to what I cover, I've decided to start adding on some titles that have gotten mixed to average reception from anime fans that I would cover similar to how I covered a couple past titles that weren't truly duds from my personal viewing of them. I'll still add on some notable anime duds to the polls for those interested in me doing my usual ripping apart of them. But I'm also gonna incorporate titles of mixed reception to the poll now so I can get a good sense of what makes them tick and see why folks would either hate them or feel indifferent towards them.
Otherwise, voting rules and deadlines will still be the same as they have been. You get two weeks to vote on which of these titles you would want me to cover for my next review, meaning May 24 will be the deadline of the next title you want me to cover. So have fun and pick whatever you'd like me to either critique or rip apart.
Wonders what depravity the main threesome of Aku no Hana will get into next. :P
Plans on trying to surpass takashichea's point total for the Aku no Hana wiki.
Don't have a wish list per say on Amazon. But I do have a number of titles I've pre-ordered or are expecting in the next week or so. Let's see:
A bit too busy juggling my regular anime viewing and real life affairs to have time for wiki editing at the moment.
And as a heads up, episode 5 has aired with the episode available to see on Crunchyroll for paid members tomorrow.
Just watched Aku no Hana's latest episode.
@SMXLR8: The days I was away from Vice were so I could cool off from eating up my spare time from investing in battle threads, on top of some of the crap I've dealt with from my involvement in a number of matches in the past few weeks considering folks have enough differences (whether through wanking, taking everything as truth, relying on calcs or science, etc...) in how they judge the capabilities of different characters/ fictions which is getting overwhelming for me to keep up with (between here, OBD and other battle-related forums). If there isn't gonna be a consistent and mostly agreed to consensus on characters stats and abilities, then why should I bother to continue participating in battle threads when it becomes more personal than fun?
I'm done with battle threads. This is the last time I'm posting here, so don't bother me any further please.
Not participating any further in the tournament. I've lost interest in it.
Misunderstands that my avvy is for me being a Serial Experiments Lain fan.
