An independently-produced anime short called Fumiko's Confession, clocking in at under 2 minutes 30 seconds, has been making the rounds across YouTube and similar sites. It's basically about the misfortune that follows a young girl named Fumiko after the boy she likes turns her down to focus on baseball. Though the story is very simple, the animation is simply fantastic and even humorous at times. Don't take my word for it, just watch it for yourself.
