Drifting somewhere between self-hating geekery and caffeine-fueled ranting exists the entity known as DocHaus. He claims to be a doctor, or at least plays one on television. In reality, he's just a sad, sad person who happens to have enough time on his hands to fill out episode summaries, and then starts wondering why he hasn't burst out laughing at the ludicrous plot when he re-reads them later.
DocHaus happens to love a shitload of music, comics, and video games. At one point, he even made some money writing about these things on the internet until the site shut down a few months later.
DocHaus describes himself as a "casual fan" when it comes to anime/manga. However, the increasing availability and diversity of this medium has caused him to become interested in series he would otherwise ignore before. Still, he never stops looking at series he used to like with a jaded, cynical eye (I'm looking at you, Noir).
