Off-Topic » Anime Vice, or The Whiskey That Gets No Respect
I love the Giant Bomb staff but I think part of the problem might be their attitude towards anime. I'm not sure they've ever said anything positive about it. I don't expect them to love it or even like it but constantly making fun of something that one of your sister sites covers seems like a bad idea to me, especially when there are thousands of GB users who will pretty much agree with whatever the staff says. Also, members of other WM sites have come to expect frequent original video content, which unfortunately AV no longer has. Then there's the anime/manga fan stereotypes that keep other people away. I think a lot of people on GB forget about all the gamer stereotypes that aren't always true either.
