Since GodLen isn't here anymore and sickVisionz is doing Bleach & Naruto. I guess I'll be doing the One Piece chapter review

Cover Page

Chapter 670: A Snowstorm With A Chance Of Slime
Chapter 670: A Snowstorm With A Chance Of Slime

The cover is Franky arm wrestling a Gorilla while Robin helping the Gorilla to win, it's a ok cover page. Is it just me or is Robin's feet is a little bigger then the other one? (I do like the sumo hair)

Summary

No Flashback For You!
No Flashback For You!

After arriving, Monkey D. Luffy is attacked by Tashigi who in Smoker's body and easily beat her/him. Then Smoker who in Tashigi's body attack Luffy (much to Luffy's amusement) but Luffy easily evades his/her attacks and says he will fight Smoker when he is back in his own body. Suddenly, everyone on the battlefield see a huge ball of slime landed on the ship that the G-5 Marines stole. After being ignited by a Marine's flamethrower, it exploded violently, destroying the ship and "killing" the Marines that was on the ship. Afterwards more huge slime balls began raining from the sky on all sides and the people watching were being overwhelmed by the toxic gas emitted from them. CC then reveals himself on top of the destroyed ship, explaining his pet's ability to transfer itself from the other side of the island. Zoro, Brook, and Sanji in Nami's body see Slime spitting pieces of itself across the distance. CC explains that once all the pieces are here, the whole area will turn into another poison gas incident. Luffy then manages to grab CC before he could do a flashback, much to his shock.

The Good

  • The short fight with Luffy, Tashigi & Smoker
  • Franky's laser (love the laser)
  • The Slime design
  • Luffy stopping Caesar Clown's flashback

The Bad

  • CC explaining the Slime
