Wondering why there isn't as much tickling in Anime as....there should be :-/  
 
 
There should be some in Gundam 00 ;) and BLEACH (although there was a couple instances, but Hitsugaya was never involved T_T lol.) 
 
Oh well, maybe that'll change........NOT.
