CodeSaint (Level 12)

I've seen plenty of topics like that(the strongest character from series X,that character Y from Z series can beat)but I have never done one of these.I think this one is even because both works are from the same mangaka and very similar,also Toki gained many recent powerups and haxes.The only thing I'm not sure about,is that he is fast enought to fight them,if there's a speedblitz.

This two behemoths of inigualable strength sudently are transported to the same world and doesn't know nothing about the other so both will fight each other in character to defend themselves.

First fight takes place in Medaka's school and both are in character without being capable of using their super modes,no prep or knoledge about the other.

Second Ffight is is Sengoku Era Japan,Bontenmaru is in his Beast Mode and Medaka at hers Perses mode,no prep or knoledge about the other too.

Apollo solos the Dragonverse or reboots it.xD

Oogami using Beelzebub against the undead women is a good feat of his current power,he killed completely them even after they multiplied and became hulked out just to test his current power level.Mishiru commented there that he could take them with just Belphegor or Mammon.But I can't say who will win because I don't read Naruto since a long time ago,I don't think Amaterasu is on that level by why I've read.

Thanatos is powerful but not that powerful,if you count LC he's not that hard for him to kill.And I also don't see a single God Cloth Saint winning against RKT.

Possibily Dream cause he's an Endless and suposed multiversal and need powerful cosmic power to take off him.

Both are fighting at unhabited part of a city,and can use all of their abilities,all current for Oogami.Both are in character and not bloodlusted.Who will Win?

Atrough I think Shabragnido and Pyron could make alone.I don't know about them but I think Doomsday and Mangog would be a pain too.

2-Dohko is still the same in both series,it didn't had anything to become stronger in all that time. 
3-Gemini Cain(Next Dimension is probally stronger than both,he was stomping easily an specter that owned a Gold Saint. 
4 - Manigoldo has the same tecniques and more,for me he is one of the best LC Gold Saints. 
5 - Degel has a advantage in his fight against Unity,and was able to "seal"Seraphina,point to him. 
6 - Cardinale almost killed the ND Virgo Saint,I didn't think I would see a Pisces Saint better than a Virgo one,my point goes to him. 
7 - El Cid has the advantage if we don't count Episode G's Shuras feats if we count both we have a stalemate. 
8 - Rasgado is a better Taurus saint than Aldebaran and Ox,and much more well used too. 
9 - Draw,one is plot armor incarnate other is PIS incarnate,but I still like both. 
10 - Kardia with no Contest,he toyed with Radamanthys and could have killed him easily if we wanted. 
11 -We don't know much about Aiolos other than statement and Episode G gaidens if we count the he wins if not Sisyphus wins. 
12 - Shaka.
