Bleach filler is hit or miss. I liked the arcs with the little princess and the first half of the Zampakto rebellion was pretty good.  
Naruto filler isn't bad in small doses. Too bad we only ever seem to get it in HUGE chucks.
One Piece filler is, with a few exceptions, horrible.

Nova Blast = Win for FF
 
Anything else = Win for the Straw Hats

Hmmmm, is there anything stopping Kuma from repeatedly using his ability to slam Blackbeard into the stone heads of the Hokage?

Blackbeard doesn't appear to be much without his trump card and Kuma's pretty damn beastly. I predict Blackbeard spends a few days flying around the world. Where he lands depends on fate.

You want FTL Z-Fighters? Which proof works best for you?
Goku dodging lightning as a child or Piccolo's Special Beam Cannon (clocked at .5 light speed based on when he blew up the moon with it) being avoided by Radditz. These are relatively early feats from characters with a fraction of the power that would become the standard by the end of the series.
 
Strengthwise, Goku by himself nearly destroyed Earth simply by transforming to SSJ3. Just the act of powering up shook the whole damn planet. Whatever power fuels Z-fighters is also strong enough that Vegetto was able to keep fighting after being turned into an inanimate object. So if Z does posses the Light Hawk Wings, he's up against one of the only crews in the omniverse that have a shot at breaking them.

By 'galaxy buster' I assume you mean  in one shot. In which case no. They could certainly do it given enough time, but not all at once.
