Wait a minute, how is Puella provoke Lolicon? It has some subtle Yuri undertones.
Another Lolicon show would be Astarotte's Toy, I think.
k ill fix it lol I was just looking at other peoples lists on this one I know a few with the undertones but not a lot of them with straight out lolicon

Lolicon is strange. It's like Mary Sue because it's based on fan's opinions. Like you said, some shows are not straight forward.
There's a hentai series that Sonata worked on, Oni Chichi, that has some Lolicon themes. I remembered Sonata talking about an old man sleeping with a little girl in that show. It's pretty disturbing.

I am going to go back through and add a lot more shows on all the lists but for now I was just putting a few I could think of and find right off the bat.
