I'd probably spend the day eating sweets ( cus I too have quite the sweet tooth),help with solving murder mysteries,
hang out and chill while watching some murder mystery shows like Criminal Minds,Without a Trace,Law & Order,etc...

Well a filler is basically something the animators put in (anime) series because they don't want to catch up with the author's original
story (manga).
Filler is usually full of stories that is not writen by the author and wouldn'y be found in a series manga (the original work).
Also there isn't really any character development in these and the overall story is not pushed forward.

I'm sorry if this has already been brought to your attention.
 
I've added a few images before with no problem and recently when I go to the part where you go to the
image page, the pink button that says "Add Images" is nowhere to be found.
 The Overview pages still have the "edit this page","add to list", and  "edit article" buttons".
I've tried to edit from the overview but that doesn't let you add images from there.
 
Also I thought I'd mention that on the Overview pages that the window (?) with the little tabs "recent", "images", and etc....
don't seem to work when click on them like they usually do.

I'm not sure how non-"mainstream"  Kaichou wa Maid-sama is, but that's one anime series that  doesn't seem to be real popular that I like.  : )
Skip Beat is another that I liked. Sad that anime never continued on... :( 
Not really anymore that I can think of at the moment.

I haven't read the manga but from what I saw from the anime,  I'd recommend Shugo Chara.
 It's pretty clean and it's very cute. Kinda like Salior Moon but  unique in it's own way.   
It's the first show in the Magical girl genre that I ever watched, and I really enjoyed it.
