On the matter of Sailor Moon, i find that when people say Sailor Moon is only FTL in travel and not combat to be completely wrong....sailor moon has never been speed blitz by any character who isn't shown to possess FTL speed; Most of the senshi's battles consist of an enemy shooting off a blast of energy and a senshi countering or over-powering it with another blast of energy before the enemey attack hits them. If energy travels at the speed of light, and a senshi is able to defend herself from energy attacks by countering the attack head on, then she would posses ftl reflexes.......and seriously if you can sit there and say someone who can travel at 800 billion times the speed of light can't fight at ftl

he can do heavy long range damage not to mention FLY, i doubt Kakashi will be able to get a hold on him

obviously sailor moon her will power brings her back from the brink of death at every interval
 
1.  she got beat up to a pulp by the man she loves and still kept fighting on, three times
2. she's litterally had the silver crystal, her soul, ripped out of her and her power drained but she still stood and fought back
3. she had a curse put on her that gave her a disease and she was literraly coughing up blood and  was dying but she still transformed and continued to fight day by day despite her illness
4. she's was drowned into the river of the oblivion and lost all her memories to the point where she didn't know who she was and witnessed luna, artemis and diana being killed before her eyes and she didn't even respond and she miraculously gained them by on her own and rose up to meet the challenge
5. she had to kill her own teammates, the people she loved, protected, and cared for the most with her own power
6. she had to battle her own daughter, and then saw her own daughter erased from existence, but she still kept fighting on
7. In the future as sailor cosmos when fighting sailor chaos, everything and everyone was destroyed and she lost hope and ran away, sailor moon still was able to instill will power and hope into her future self so that she may go back to the future and continue the fight
