It's time for a new Winter Season Impressions so far post! =D As predicted Kore Wa Zombie Desu Ka was dropped for good on the seventh episode already. There were some disappointments and some increasing surprises. Without further ado let's go to the impressions! ;D
Kore Wa Zombie Desu Ka - 2/10

Yup, that's the look I have after watching 7 episodes of Kore Wa Zombie Desu Ka
Yup, that's the look I have after watching 7 episodes of Kore Wa Zombie Desu Ka

Well, it goes without saying. Kore Wa Zombie Desu ka is definitely the worst show from this season (at least among the ones I watched). A lame story, lame characters, lame soundtrack, lame everything. Not worth my time or yours for all that matters. The identity crisis only grew stronger on episodes 5 and 6 finishing the first arc in a terribly lousy way. Episode 7 is the beginning of a new arc which looks as "promising" as the previous one. I wouldn't be surprised if this anime gets a second season... =_= Kore Wa Zombie Desu ka drops to an overrated 2 out of 10 points.XP

Gosick - 6/10

Gosick started very promising, but it's going way down the hill. Kujo is getting more and more annoying and Victorique's conclusions are getting harder and harder to follow. The premise is already starting to lose its shine and if not fixed on the next 4 episodes this will be my next drop. ;D  Gosick falls to a 6 after a very boring sequence of four episodes.

Beelzebub - 7/10

Beelzebub keeps following exactly the same pace from the first 4 episodes. Which is enough to make me keep watching it. Although I have to say that if the story keeps that undeveloped it's going to get boring pretty soon. I hope the next 4 episodes present some story development. Beelzebub holds its 7 for being exactly the same thing for 8 episodes...XP
Level E - 7/10

   Run Colour Sentai!XP
   Run Colour Sentai!XP

Well, it seems my guesses were right. Level E is going exactly the same way Arakawa Under The Bridge went. They'll focus on the comedy aspect of the series only. Although, I have to say they're doing it a little bit better than Arakawa. Episodes 5 to 7 were rather funny. The new arc started a bit boring, I missed Prince Baka trolling around...XP Hope it gets better on the next episodes.

Yumekui Merry - 8/10

Yumekui Merry didn't get better but it didn't get worse, as well, which is worrisome. Unless this show also gets a second season, reaching a satisfying conclusion on the next 5 episodes might be hard. Despite the unnecessary beach episode, I was still able to enjoy these last 4 episodes and am looking forward to the conclusion of this show. Merry keeps its grade for not improving nor worsening.

Puella Magi Madoka Magica - 9/10

While some shows are going down the hill, Madoka is doing exactly the opposite. I have a very strong feeling that this series will get a second season so I'm not expecting for a conclusion on the first 12 episodes. The story gets darker and darker and even though we're dealing with the mahou shoujo genre it's actually possible to connect to the characters. I'm enjoying this series more and more. Can't wait for the next 4 episodes! Puella Magi Madoka Magica goes up one point and who knows, it might become the masterpiece from this season. ;D

Fractale - 9/10

Fractale had some delay on its airing, and it's currently on episode 6. What I can say is that I keep loving everything about this show. The characters, the art, the soundtrack, the story, everything. It's hard to put down in words but even with a slower pace than all the other shows Fractale has been my favorite show in this season, so far. Let's see what the next 5 episodes have in store for us. =]

Well, the next post will be followed by some reviews, as some of the shows I'm following will be finished by then ;D As Yumekui Merry is 13 episodes long, I'll wait for this show to finish to write a new entry! Look forward to it! ;D
