A prodigy Claymore that was promoted to number 2 shortly after she joined. She was sent to hunt Teresa but went berserked and awakened, killing her teammates and destroying many cities in her path.
Priscilla lived in a isolated village called Musha, with her family that included her father, mother, sister and brother. Her village was terroized by a Yoma and the village didn't have enough to pay for a Claymore. So the village elder decided to isolate five of the fifteen families for two weeks due to Yoma's only eating once every two weeks. During that time they would deliver food to the families every day and each family had a sword if the Yoma was inside their home. After the first isolation cycle Priscilla's family was one of the next five chosen. Priscilla was awoken at night and heard something in the next room. When she walked into the next room she found her father kneeling on the floor. When she walked closer she discovered her brother dead with his stomach torn open. She then saw her mother and older sister being devoured by the Yoma that disguised itself as her father. Priscilla then grabbed the sword given to the families during the isolation cycle and used it to chop off the Yoma's head. This incident left her mentally traumatized and extremely unstable that she would never remember what happened after she swung the sword.
Eventually Priscilla was collected and became a Claymore and shortly after receiving her symbol was able to reach rank no.2.
Priscilla's personality goes through several phases throughout the series. Because of her sheer power and incredible potential as a warrior, Priscilla's youth meant she was still a child, and as such was extremely naive and immature compared to older, more experienced Claymores. She was polite towards her opponents, and felt that battles should always be one-on-one. Her view of the world was entirely black-and-white; a person was either absolutely right, or completely in the wrong, with no middle ground. This belief ultimately led to her mental breakdown when she was soundly defeated by the then-ranked #1, Teresa.
After killing Teresa she awakened into a powerful Awakened being that exceeded the Abyssal Ones. She finds Awakening to be a pleasurable experience and immediately craved for human flesh. After this she became intelligent and very arrogant due to her power but after her fight with Isley, she reverted back to her human form she lost her memories and her mind reverting to that of a child. Over time, she formed a bond with Raki, who had a lingering scent of Teresa, through Clare. However despite her child like appearance and personality she showed signs of her older self as others could sense her intimidating power.
During her time traveling with Raki during the time skip her body shrank due to not ingesting human flesh for so long but still had most of her strength. However during her fight with Beth she returned back to her Awakened form still showing her intelligence and arrogance.
Her first major appearance in the story was when She, Irene, Noel and Sophia were dispatched to kill Teresa who killed a group of bandits and escaped execution. Once they arrived in the town she was hiding in Irene told Priscilla that herself Sophia, and Noel were to lure Teresa out and then for her to strike from behind. Once Teresa was in the opening Priscilla opted not to go with the plan, "saying it wasn't an honorable thing to do". She then decided to fight Teresa one-on-one, seemingly gaining the upper hand at first. However, it soon became apparent that she was outclassed by Teresa. The other three joined the fight, all four releasing their yoki and reengaging Teresa, only to fail miserably despite Teresa not releasing any of her own yoki. Knowing Priscilla had the potential to become troublesome for her, Teresa considered killing the younger warrior, but ultimately decided against it. Teresa left the town with Clare.
Priscilla slowly started to go nuts over the fact that she, a righteous person, had lost to an enemy she considered 'evil', to which shook her faith and drove her to go after Teresa in a fit of blind rage and self-righteousness. Despite reaching and surpassing her limit, using over 80% of her Yoki, Priscilla was again defeated, even though Teresa had only released 10% of hers. Priscilla soon began losing control and begged Teresa to kill her before she fully Awakened. Just as Teresa dropped her guard Priscilla then picked up her claymore and sliced off her hands. With Teresa still unaware Priscilla decapitated her (though it remains unclear if this was part of a ruse from the start, or if she had genuinely lost control). Once finished she finally awakened and her teammates tried to subdue her but discovered she was too powerful. Priscilla then proceeded to attack her comrades, killing both Noel and Sophia, while severely wounding Irene and sparring a extremely horrified Clare who she didn't notice as she flew off in search of flesh. As recounted by the Abyssal One Riful, Priscilla flew North, slaughtering every man, woman, and young boys in every town she passed through. Just as she had spared Clare's life, she never once harmed any young girls.
