Porunga

Porunga is a wish granting dragon that is summoned when all of the Namekian Dragon Balls are gathered and are together. Porunga varies from Shenron as he has a large muscular upper body and some Namekian traits. Porunga is able to grant three wishes as long as they do not exceed his creator's power, his creator still lives and surprisingly each request is delivered in the Namekian dialect. Before Porunga had the ability to bring only one person back to life however he could bring the person back multiple times if requested while Shenron can bring back a number an unspecified number of people as long as their deaths were under similiar circumstances but could only bring each specific individual once, and as long as their deaths weren't of natural causes. Much later Porunga's power is increased to bring back as many lives as needed. Being the original wish granting dragon, Porunga is more powerful than Shenron.

Powers

Porunga is able to grant any wish as long as they do not exceed his creator's power and this reveals that Porunga's power is possibly through envoking his master and he uses magic and has divine abilities like Shenron, Porunga is not able to die and so he is immortal.
