@Daniel_Newton: stuff such as games I have, and my Friend codes? If so I will get that later since I am not home.

There are rumors that there will be another Pokemon game for the Wii U besides Pokemon Rumble U. There was a Pokemon Game Show event that was showed a trailer of a montage of all the pokemon games. At the end this image popped up.

@Acura_Max: Looks nice, and of course there will be another Pokémon Wii U game. There's no reason they shouldn't make a Stadium/Colosseum game for the 3DS games if nothing else, so I imagine that's what this game is.

Final Evolution of the X/Y Starter Pokemon

It’s thought that Chespin (grass Pokemon) might evolve into Hariboogu, that Mafokushi might evolve into Fennekin the fire starter and that Froakie could become Gekogashira.

As yet there’s no English names – these are the Japanese names. There’s no official confirmation, but we’re pretty confident about this info.

@Acura_Max: I like the look of the fire one, seems a little strange that he's so much smaller than the others though.

Here's a list of swear words banned from being used as nicknames for stuff. Warning: It's a huge list of swear words. Probably not safe for work. Also, ha! They forgot to ban the English version of the word "asshole." Other forums also confirm that they indeed forgot to include the word on the list.

MORE POKEMON MOUNTING

Roller-skates Confirmed

Instead of focusing on detailed specifics, this demo presented a cursory glance of how the new Pokémon experience would play out. I rode briefly rode around a section of the map on a Skiddo. I battled nearby trainers and watched Pokémon scurry though hedge mazes. I saw new camera angles in battle mode – including a first person perspective when I tried to catch a Pikachu – and I also discovered that my trainer had roller-skates and could quickly glide around through flat terrain. Similar to the bike, a player will have to eventually earn this new toy.

@Acura_Max:

I must have missed that post. The frog reminds me of Swampert, from its design and posture.

Oh, here's my Pokemon info to join the club

  • IDNo. 46530 name Lavi (Platinum, male)
  • IDNo. 23690 Sheik (Pearl, female)

I don't know how to connect to the router since Nintendo DS cannot connect to the routers with WPA password systems. I used to have a WEP password router, but I had to upgrade. I think I can connect via Nintendo 3DS. I'll try it at the end of today. Most of good pokemon are in Pearl since I copy Pearl's data to Pokemon Battle Revolution to see in my family was the best Pokemon trainer. My little sister beat my ass, 65:57 wins.

@Acura_Max:

Forgot the main pokemon. For Pearl, I put down my sister's Sceptile. (even though she's addicted to Animal Crossing New Leaf, she will come back to Pokemon) For Platinum, it's Swampert.

Thanks Acura!

It's been confirmed. The pictures are fan art, but the names of the new pokemon are correct.

Japanese Pre-order Items

The Japanese are crazy for Pokémon and quite rightly so, it originated in their country and it’s an awesome game. When it comes to Pokémon the Japanese don’t do things by halves. Our Pokémon X and Y pre-orders come with a pretty cool but quite generic Pokéball 3DS case, the Japanese pre-orders come with both an exclusive artbook as well as a Pokémon mini figure!

How can one get their hands on this exclusive pre-order bundle? Well for one you have to live in Japan – obviously, but secondly you’ll have to pre-order your game from The Pokémon Center – that’s right, in Japan they have real life Pokémon Centers. The Pokémon Centers in Japan have been known in the past to offer some pretty cool Pokémon swag.

Depending on which game you decide to travel to Japan and pre-order will decide what pre-order goodies you’ll get. Pre-order Pokémon X and you’ll get exclusive clear file folders, including one with an image of Xerneas. Additionally, the game will also come with a mini-Xerneas figurine. For those that decide to pre-order Pokémon Y you’ll also get the exclusive clear file folders featuring different artwork. It also includes a mini-Yveltal figurine.

Now if you’re not happy with the two exclusive clear file folders and the two figurines why not pre-order both and get an exclusive art book. The Pokémon Center has announced that those who want the best of X and Y, they’ll receive an A4 sized “World Art” book full of exclusive features and artwork including a cover designed by Game Freak specifically for this limited edition item.

That’s not all however, Japan were also treated to a Pokémon X and Y 3DS pre-order bundle which came with a copy of the game (X or Y) and an exclusive blue or gold console which we’ve written about before, these two bundles sold out within hours of being put on sale on Amazon Japan. The gold bundle sold out within an hour with the blue bundle for X and Y sold out within 9 hours.

With the worldwide release date of "Pokémon X and Y" inching closer and closer, retailers accepting pre-orders are making it clear why the consumer should buy the sixth-generation video games at their store.

Target is providing pin badges of the new legendary Pokémon Xerneas and Yveltal. The two legendary Pokémon serve as the mascots for "Pokémon X" and "Pokémon Y," respectively.

"It's not the neatest of the bunch, especially with those having already grabbed them reporting that they're prone to breaking, though will still surely attract feverish attention," noted Nintendo Insider's Alex Seedhouse.

To view the pins, which don't look durable, click here.

Target is selling "Pokémon X and Y" for $39.99 each.

The $39.99 price tag is echoed with fellow retailers Best Buy, Kmart, and GameStop.

As Latinos Post reported, GameStop has been offering a pre-order gift as well. The pre-order gift was a reversible map of the Kalos region with Xerneas and Yveltal on the other side.

Click here for Shiny Dialga, Palkia, and Giratina distribution event information.

As Latinos Post reported, according to GameStop's PR Coordinator Kyle Stephenson, every GameStop store is giving out the posters to customers that pre-order either "Pokémon X" and "Pokémon Y" game. The posters, however, are in limited supply and are "while supplies last."

The cheapest retailer that's selling "Pokémon X and Y" is Walmart with an outstanding price of $39.96, a savings of $0.04.

"Pokémon X and Y" is set for a worldwide release on Oct. 12.

@Acura_Max:

Hopefully, I'll be done with school. Wait, it's 4AM PST, 4AM Pacific Time. Did I read that wrong?

@takashichea: I wish you were reading it wrong. That's a really early time. Though it's pretty understandable since that would be 8pm in Japan time.
